Trailer ran smoothly, and everything on it worked lights etc
Ben BReserved truck ahead of time so I could quickly pick it up when I went to pick it up and I had to shovel it out of snow. Had to ask them to move trailers that were in front of it and had to wait two hours for them to get a ladder and remove the foot of snow from the top of the truck. Back door and gas cap were also frozen shut and I had to remove the ice myself. Tires were also hardly legal and were summer tires not the best for winter driving in northern Ontario.

Eugene AThe STAFF At Waynes Esso were absolutely Awesome The initial application was long. The scanning of documents took a long time. ONCE AGAIN Not the fault of staff at Wayne’s, was a glitch in the Uhaul system for scanning license. I WOULD RECOMMEND WAYNES Staff anytime GREAT people ✅👍🏻

JACK PSo this was NOT the final destination. Our truck broke down 3 hours into the trip. Road side asst didn't find a new truck near us, we did that ourselves. We sat in a cold truck for over 3 hours waiting for a tow truck, they didn't ask us if there were washrooms (there weren't, no place to eat, we had to unpack blankets to keep warm. Will re-think using UHaul ever again. We had to ride with the towtruck driver, thankfully we researched a depot half hour away, roadside wanted us to back track 4 hours to Thunder Bay. We had to reload to another truck, they didn't offer to find us accommodations, we did that ourselves. Please please ask if there are facilities near where your customers are!! The bush was my bathroom! I am 69 years old, didn't need to experience this! I really hope I never experience this again!!! We continued on with new truck to Ottawa our destination, and the return dealer on Innes Road was extremely helpful as the dealer in Geraldton had not documented anything about switching trucks....poor serviced all around.
