The inside of the store wreaked of pot, absolutely disgusting! Was not informed of Safe moving charge or environmental fee. Paid 348.00 in total. Was told the drop off location was open till 8 pm, Great! Got in the truck and there was a bag of marijuana in my truck. Called Uhaul who then got in touch with Robbie LaLonde who wanted me to drive 176 kms round trip to return his dope. Nope! Hung up on me. Called Uhaul again only to be asked why I did not return the drugs before I left, HELLO DRUGS NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE DAMN TRUCK TO BEGIN WITH!!!! Waiting to hear back from Regional or Corporate office about this issue. Uhaul told me to flush the marijuana but I am not stupid, I am not going to flush evidence should I take this to court if Uhaul does not give me a suitable resolution.

The location told me we a had to bring the trailer back to where we picked up (we had to drive 30mins to get the trailer as I guess none was available where we live) said we couldn’t leave it where we were going Was very inconvenient, we were helping my sister who just had a stroke move and it was a waste of valuable time when we were so busy Also a wire missing off trailer had to wait for him to find another one

I was very dissatisfied with the haul customer representative who called on Thursday at 4:34 and left a message on my machine cancelling my rental because I had not picked it up at 3pm. I had already confirmed with the pickup location that I would be there after work at 5pm to pick up the truck. It was poor communication on the half of the uhaul customer service and a great stress for me as I booked this 3 weeks ago. U-Haul should have better communication between them and the place of pick up so that this can be avoided. I was very disappointed.

Not move a truck from Belleville to Brighton when customer lives on Belleville. That was more aggravation then anything. Credit card processing still tried to charge deposit of $100 + the $135 for the truck. Ridiculous. Prices have increased and quality of service has way decreased. I highly doubt I will use uhaul in future

I appreciate that this location was open on a Sunday. It would be nice if other locations in town also opened on Sunday in order to improve the availability and choice of trucks within the region. My truck was ready and waiting for me out front when I arrived and was the cleanest Uhaul van I have ever seen... they were literally polishing it as I pulled up.

The store smells of marijuana; the employee/store owner gave me two quotes, one verbal one written then charged me almost $200 more; the regional manager will not return my emails. I will never use uhaul again!

Friendly staff, made rental fast and easy. Trailer looked like it had been sitting unused for a long time. Axle seized on the highway, narrowly avoiding accident, and commencing the nightmare that is uHaul's Roadside Assistance department. If uHaul thinks their uhaul.com/help is a time-saver or helpful- the head of that dept should be repurposed. I sat in 40 degree heat on the side of the road for 3 hours. When I attempted to leave an updated location for their people to retrieve the trailer, I was repeatedly interrupted and threatened with extra fees by an aggressive customer service rep who then hung up on me. When a tow truck finally arrived, the driver advised that they had only received the request 20 minutes earlier. Meaning- Roadside Assistance failed to send help for over 2.5 hours. I will NEVER do business with this org again and will be flexing social and professional media to make sure my friends, family, and colleagues avoid the same experience.
