OKINO WILLIAMSEmpty the back of the truck. Went an hour to pick up something. Truck was full of soneone else’s junk. Wasted my day and took time from work to get the job done. Expect a full refund plus free truck next time

Dishant PatelI went to the 204 Fuels waverly u haul. It was worst experience of my life. I asked for the van and i was given the semi truck thing. Poor visibility, not cleaned. And there was no washer fluid in it. THE WEATHER WAS RAINY AND THE VEHICLE WAS MESSED!! Hate it: then the person asked me if i can drive the trailer i was like okay. And then regarding the price. He firstly told me 40 Miles. And when i vame back it was 38 miles and still 2 miles legt and i was charger beyond what they said me. He told me 37 and i was charged 86. And then he is telling me he said 14 miles and not 40 miles lile WHAT THE HECK! Honestly the worst experience i have ever had in my life. I would never recommend u haul at this place next time. BAD THING FOR THE OWNER!!

jasmine canersEnsure all vehicles are reverse parked to allow for easy exit. Also ensure there are snow brush/scraper in the vehicle due to frosted windows.
Evan BloomfieldThe person who helped me was good - very helpful and friendly and picking up and dropping off were both easy and quick. The truck itself was fine. Location was super convenient. My only gripe was that I also rented 6 furniture pads which they did not have in stock. The person who helped me said this happens often, that the site will let you rent the pads but they don't always have them at this location.

David NewtonTruck had almost no gas to start, empty sign came on after 1 mile, and I only drove 10 miles. Other than that was okay. I left a 1/4 tank full and was promised a refund, discount for gas because it was a lot lower than the signed contract
Dragos DirdalaWe rented a 15 ft u haul and we encountered the following problems: 1. They indicated that the gas level is 1/4 when we checked, its 1/8 they don’t even bother to check when we informed them. 2. The u haul that they gave to us is literally full of someone else stuff. That we can’t even load our things because the u haul is totally full. 3. We wasted 2 hours to deal with all these people. Customer service is nothing even they wasted our precious time during moving. 4. One employee will say something to other employee just to blame the mistake to other employee. 5. What a terrible experience. 6. Don’t rent the u-haul on that location to avoid stress.

Timothy ConnellWhile returning the rental the service station people assisted with refueling. Upon doing so far too much gas was placed in the truck. They refused to remedy the situation on site and told me to contact customer service. I then contacted custp.er service and they refused to assist me and would not return my email. I am extremely displeased. I have another move coming up soon and I will be utilizing a different company for my needs.

muhmmad abdulahFirst, I'll say that the employee helping me out was great, and was managing a growing line well. But for sure this location is an inconvenient one to use. The gas pumps here require people to go inside to pay, meaning that there is a steady stream of people in and out, which makes checking in to get a truck a long process. The truck itself was fine, not clean but aside from that fine (I'm honestly not bothered by it not being clean). But when returning the truck I was asked to park it front-facing, even though it was rear facing when I picked up the truck it was rear-facing, and honestly backing it into a spot in that cramped location was terrifying and I will be trying a different location next time to avoid having to navigate that lot in a truck again.

Rayyan KhanMy rental was on a Saturday. When I got there it took about 15 to 20 minutes tp get the rental process completed and on my way. It was very busy and there was only one attendant. Need improvement.

Ronald ThomsonThe truck is in need of major repairs. The truck needs breaks, you can hear and feel the continuous grinding of them. It rattles and whines from underneath, it needs shocks, rolled like a tank. It didn't track well on the road. The staff are aware of the issues. Once again the estimate was lower than what the final charges were.

rohan shrotreThe vehicle was parked front first in a very busy parking lot- the customer now has to reverse out into a congested line up for gas. The vehicle was not inspected and had a large amount of plastic, foam and cardboard in the back that the customer had to clean out before they could use the vehicle.

Mohammed WahabIt took 35 minutes to pick up and the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. It takes a lot to get me angry and this achieved that. I’ve been to u haul before many times and I’ve never had an experience as terrible as this one. I would tell anyone in the south to steer away from eagerly and better go downtown or anywhere else or skip u haul entirely. You shouldn’t have huge dogs behind the counter, you shouldn’t take me into the storage to help you get the equipment and you also shouldn’t change my order when I get there because you gave the stuff away to someone else. So I don’t know how to improve all that - just shut the eagerly location down or reopen with new staff.

Thach NguyenIt was really awful with that Chinese lady work there. I had made a reservation for 4:30 in the evening with her about 2 weeks before that day and I was there at the appointed time. She told me that it will be ready at 6:30. I told her that I took two hours off from work. she was just saying i dont know i dont know , while she made me a reservation without even say i am sorry my mistake , if there is a 0 star i would give her that and definetly i would not recommend this location to anyone because of herrrrr

Opemipo AkinosunCan area of the truck had at least one discarded mask and a receipt from Brady Road landfill. The fuel tank should have been filled when first rented. Would recommend this location only due to the proximity to where people live.

Michael BoskoBooked well in advance and yet nothing we requested was available and the truck we recieved was visibly damaged on both sides. All we asked for was dolly and furniture blankets. The fact UHaul is unable to coordinate something this simple with advanced notice is unbelievably unprofessional.
