The lady helping to load the auto transport did not know how to show me how to work the tie down straps. I was promised a discount because when I got to my location at S Plaza there was no auto transport. I went to several locations in the area and no luck. I was contacted by u-haul travel and told there was no auto transport for 100 mile. Then I called U-hail customer service to explain I had traveled 11 hours to purchase a vehicle that I could not take home. He sent me to the 1309 Beach Boulard location in Virginia Beach. The customer service rep at that location (Kristy) was extremely professional. She was better that the travel agent(Bridget). She found me a transport after talking with me for hours. I still have not seen a discount on my account and I still feel I was over charged.FORENZA C.

Location was dangerous and very dirty. Truck was very dirty. Not professional at all, appearance was disgusting and he was 1 hour and 30 minutes late coming to pickup location to rent me the truck. Need to improve who you give businesses to representing the U-haul brand.Sharon S.

Because I was charged a $25 cleaning fee I was very disappointed. Owner said there was pet hair that had to be cleaned. We don't even own a pet Owner was not at location had to put key in drop box that was nailed to a tree. Uhaul has forever lost my business. Hope the $25 was worth it!!Preston R.

The issue was more the quality of the equipment than your representative who helped me (he was very nice and helpful) or the location where I picked it up. The trailer was old, the brakes did not work and it leaked water during my haul.John M.
