The idea to do the application based check in in the location with awful cell reception is not good. Also app is buggy and is not thought through. I had to either call on checkout or wait for chat for return

I had to sit in the parking lot for 45 mins and wait for one of your overseas representatives to allow the rental. The two previous weekends, I had zero problems renting from a different Uhaul location. Never again

Marguerite EMy self serve experience was really bad. Your app would not take any photo I took. It would make me start all over if I backed up or restarted. Which I had to do because it wouldn't take my pictures. I was lucky the website worked and took it otherwise I would have just let it set there with the keys in it.
