The online process is a bit confuse for example a put my wife's phone number as additional to mine when register and when I try to put it as contact it did not let me use it. Have to put my daughters number. But for small things like moving furniture or big TV are ok.

Marguerite E.My self serve experience was really bad. Your app would not take any photo I took. It would make me start all over if I backed up or restarted. Which I had to do because it wouldn't take my pictures. I was lucky the website worked and took it otherwise I would have just let it set there with the keys in it.
