My reservation was transferred to 3 different locations. Upon arrival told there was not a truck available for me even though 2 trucks were parked outside. I let them know that Uhaul representatives sent my reservation there since the other location I was dispatched to couldn't accommodate a one way rental. I also had to inform them I drove 30 miles away from my original location to get the truck. Finally they proceeded to confirm my reservation. Once getting the truck it was filled with sand and debris. It was nasty and nearly on an empty tank.Terri M.
The representative at location Washington Rd Food Mart East Point Ga was very rude. My pick up reservation time was at 8 am on 8/7. We arrived the clerk advice me that no one will be in until 10am. I then told him i was moving that morning and my pick up time at 8am. He then called someone to tell them about my reservation. I'm speaking with her and telling her that I've spent a hour at the location trying to get in contact with someone. She tell me that dont have anything to do with her, i had to contact uhaul to change my drop off time. I tried to get her to understand it should be the time that i pick up the truck, then my 6 hours start. I will never use this location , or uhaul again.Sherries H.

Fuel level on paperwork was not accurate. But, after showing clerk a photo of the present gauge, she stated that, I could show the photo, to drop off location, maybe they will correct it. This location, is a convenience store, with much traffic.DEARTHUR J.
My reservation was not in the system, therefore, it took longer. Rep did not ask how long I needed the truck- she just based it on the number of miles I gave her, therefore I only had 6 hours when my initial reservation was for 18 hours. Customer service can also be improved.KAERA N.

I made a reservation for pickup at 12PM. U-haul provided two addresses for pickup - one on my original reservation and one that came a day or so before the scheduled pickup. Not knowing which to go to, I went to the first address. Nobody was there to assist me and nobody would answer the phone number provided. I went to the second address, Washington Food Mart, but the attendant was unable to find my reservation. I spent three hours trying to resolve the issue before I was finally given a truck. The pickup location was not in a good part of town. The delay also totally messed up my travel schedule. Is u-Haul really this disorganized? I might go with a different company next time..JUSTIN M.

The equipment was very dirty and it was smelling like a wet dog when we got to our location they literally said hey it's bad and here we didn't even look inside of it because the lady said that we didn't have to was clean we had so many bad experience with U-Haul so far it's ridiculousKirk H.

They were rude, aggressive and threatening. I didn't have anywhere to put the furniture boxes they said I had to take the truck to another uhaul place so they can remove the boxes. I offered to pay them plus the cleaning fee. They told me, â€œ We aren't taking this truck with these boxesâ€ I was hours away from anywhere I was familiar and the â€œ otherâ€ uhaul place laughed and said they get that from them a lot! If leaving the uhaul at another location was possible I would have. I drove hours to drive the uhaul back. I would've have preferred to leave it elsewhere.. They followed me fussing and arguing and refused to accept the key because they said it wasn't they job to clean boxes.Davares J.
When making a reservation for this location online, the reservation should be in the system at the location!!! Every time I reserve online I shave to do it all over again once I get to the location to pick up the truck!!!Rhonda M.

Vehicles should be clean and fueled when ready for rental. We rented a 26' truck and it only had 1/8 tank of fuel. So first thing after pickup, we had to travel to get gas for the trip.Michael L.
