I've always had a pleasant experience with Uhaul locations. This was my first time at this location though and the check in process was easy enough but the lady at the counter was rude and burdened that I was there to grab the key. Will not be back to this location and will never recommend it to anyone. Other than that the truck was great. ¡Gracias!

Better customer service! The whole process was horrible the second I handed them my bank card they threw keys at me and said see you later. Didn't inspect vehicle with me I had to take pictures and videos myself during pick up and drop off. There was old paper work from previous people still in the vehicle so I can tell it dosnt get checked. The people at the desk will tell you one price and then it ends up being a different price. Overall it was not a great experience like I have always have had.

I reserved my uhaul & utility dolly from this location a week in advance. When I got there, it was very unorganized and unprofessional. The truck I rented they "lost the keys" to, I had to wait for over a hour and a half to find out if they had another truck available for me. Once that was squared away, I asked about the utility dolly and was told that it was "rented out" right before I got there. So now I had no way to move my furniture without the dolly. They added on insurance to my reservation and also a large deposit. I have never had a deposit while renting a uhaul. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a uhaul location.

Employee could not drive truck at turn in area so I had to do it for him. No signage to indicate you're at right location. Rental business run from laundromat. Phone answered with simple hello without knowing if you have the right number. No way to identify it's a U Haul location. I would not rent from here.

How can a $29.95 rental and a 97 mile round trip end up costing $160.00? And where does the environmental fee go? Not cool.

I needed blankets and didn't have them. The person had to get the cars we rented. We thought they would have the order ready.

You are over a barrel for drop offs. This was the third place we tried to drop off the trailer the first one listed was an empty building. The second one there was no one there. At least someone was there and he tried but couldn't get into U-Haul computer

The communication with the employee was horrible .the location was easy to find Charges were added with out my my consent or knowledge . Represent was unprofessional and did not assist me in a timely manner. I would never lease from uhaul again . The rep did not show up and called me at 815 when my appointment was due 8 am. The vehicle has was 68 miles instead of on full. This was not my requested location . I asked for Gainesville Tx and ihaul rerouted me last minute Very unhappy rental

signage is poor, not easy to tell that the laundrymat is also the UHaul location

Equipment purchased wasnt avail. Had to drive to a seperate location to get it; took an hour out of my rental time. Customer service at uhaul were accommodating by adding mileage to the purchase. The trucks check engine light was on upon pick up and stayed on through the duration. Truck died 3 times during our move and each time the oil light came on. When dropping off at the location I let them know of the issues.

The cargo area of the vehicle was dirty and had not been cleaned. Most upsetting is that were charged additional fees for fuel. We refueled the vehicle after use and thankfully took pictures of mileage and fuel gauge upon returning and will be disputing charges. There were other issues with this business location. And I will be calling UHaul after the weekend. I will not use this business location again or recommend them to anyone.

I have never had to hook it up and unhook my rented Uhaul trailer myself until renting this one. I have a back problem and having to try and lift the tongue to hook it & unhook it has left me in a lot of pain. The girl had to call someone to take my information over the phone instead of pulling up my online reservation herself. I was a little confused as to why. When returning the trailer I went in to ask where to park it and she said any where as she hurried past me outside to get her food. It was definitely a different experience than past Uhaul rentals.
