No space in the parking lot, no help from anyone so it was confusing. No one answered the phone when I called.

Drop off location has no store front, and is run out of an apartment. (apartment block above strip mall). Had to go into the hairdresser's to ask there location, they are getting feed-up with people coming into to ask where they are located. No one came down to look at the trailer at drop off, just stood on their balcony as I dropped off the trailer. Once I leave I'm no longer responsible. Great that they are open late!! Thank-you would use again.

Returning the truck was a nightmare, there is no actual office there and no key drop box for return. I waited in the parking lot for an hour, waiting for the manager to show up so I could return the keys. He never did show up and I had to leave the keys in an unlocked running truck in the lot

Make sure trucks are topped up properly with Windshield fluid in the Winter season specially as driving with dirty glass will be putting driver and public in hazardous situation. Front glass and side mirror glass were not clean.

I called a uhaul close to me. I arrived to pick a trailer that would work for my needs. I picked a trailer that would do. The attendant said that he would assure that it would be there for mu morning of departure. I arrived my morning of departure from the location that he planned. He said hos name is faith . Anyway this guy was as high as a giraffes asshole. When I came to pick up the trailer @ 10am he was high as fuck and driving. Fuck this guy

Have a u-haul office and not a camping trailer on site in a random parking lot.. also was charged extra for fuel when I returned with same amount of fuel in uhaul..

Truck was filthy and had almost no gas in it. This Uhaul "location" is basically a dirty parking lot full of old abandoned cars with a couple Uhaul trailers and trucks parked among them. I don't know if they have an actual office, but I couldn't find it after 20 minutes of looking. I suspect the guy who runs this spot lives in the adjacent apartment building. The whole transaction was completed on his phone. If I can avoid going back to this location I will.

Because I did a cash rental, I had to pay double the rate. Now the person I rent it from refuses to call me back or answer calls to pay my back cause half of the money was deposit

I wouldn't recommend Uhaul in general anymore. I've dealt with you guys many times in the past and I've got to say this most recent experience has ruined that relationship.

When I dropped the trailer off nobody was there. I called and was told to take pictures to prove the trailer was returned. I later got an email which was a receipt. Kinda a poor way of doing business.

Do better service to the trailers, had to drop the trailer to was break fluid off my tailgate lost 2-3 hours out of my day, when you pay for a service you should have to deal with this! Poor customer service from the manger when I reported it! Told me he can only give me back half for the car wash cause they won’t make money on my rental but at the end of the day I rented a trailer from you guys and should have to deal with break fluid spraying all over my paint!! Clearly the trailer wasn’t inspected!

The attendant's office is based out of an apartment building, so there is no "front desk" so to speak. A little confusing to find that way. Other than that he was very freindly and accommodating.

Furaha was not professional. He almost refused to process my truck rental because he would not accept payment by debit. So he made it sound like he was doing me a favor that he had to use some credit card (NOT WHOSE) I was told my your customer service over the phone that I could process my truck rental with Visa Debit. I paid $35 extra to Furaha because the system would not accept payment by Debit. He almost wanted me to come later in the afternoon even though my appointment was in the morning. He sent me a text that he would not be available. I refused I went there .It turns out he was present. I asked, due to some commitment I would not be available to pick up my cash balance. So I asked him to e-transfer my balance out of the $100 cash deposit. He refused saying It iis a must that I have to collect cash at his location. Overall I am disappointed.

I have to make complaines about your company they charge me more what supose to be like i use cube truck for 11 kilometer and charge me about 14 ou 15 k and worker richard he not tell me about fees like envirement fees and protection fees and if i know cost me over 90 bucks im not gonna rent from you guys only for 11 k pay almost 90 $

We were told that if we called the # when we got to Edmonton and took the unit back to where they ask us to then we would get $50 off! We we charge an extra $50 that we were not aware of and we used the unit for 6.5 hours and we told that we would not be getting the $50 back on return as that was not being offered when we got to Edmonton! Picked up at 12pm Sept 3,22 returned at 630pm Sept 3, 22 and were charged for 2 days total charges 466.67 was charged to my credit card! And then the service of calling seemed rude and not a pleasant experience! We have rent through Uhaul before and were shocked at what we had to pay! Use a trailer just over a year ago and paid 580$ to travel from Grande prairie to ontario ???
