I was charged 0.99 per mile for in-town milage when just last week I was charged 0.79 per mile. This has made me come to the conclusion that I do not want to rent any more moving trucks with your company at all.BRITTANY G.

Trailer lights did not work. That is not the big issue. The issue is that the contract was never canceled and now I am still receiving calls from the drop off location and I am getting emails saying the equipment was never returned. I also now have to pay more money for the move since I had to leave that day without the trailer. This is the part that makes the overall process unsat and the rating is poor.CHRISTOPHER G.

Very odd approach to returning the trailer. Never met with anyone and never received a receipt for return or email confirmation of return. Not at all comfortable with this arrangementWesley Z.
The truck was not at the location it was reserved. The truck was not ready at the new location across town. This caused a delay in meeting with the movers I reserved through U-Haul. The movers said because I was late they did not show up. I am hopeful for a refund of the movers I paid for and reserved through U-haul because they need not provide a moving service because U-haul did not have a truck ready.Janay R.
Did not interact with staff because we did a after-hours pick up and drop off. Truck was very easy to find but was parked in a very muddy area, might suggest parking them on the pavement when they're being picked up. Truck was in good condition and staff had placed our dolly in back as requested. Thank you. However the truck did seem to have some trouble accelerating after 1st gear while loaded and even empty. Def preferred this experience over the uhaul center in town.ADAM M.

a 26 footer truck on site with broken windshield for 2 weeks. Dealership has erratic internet which doesn't allow contracts to be completed at time of return. No sense of urgency on check-out or return.Tom G.

Give me a trailer that doesn't feel like it's pulling sideways, and a roll up door that pulls up easily. I person running the pickup location so I had to wait 30 minutes to get out of there. Do you even look at the property before you authorize a dealer??Matthew S.

I wish that I would have had at least a 24 hour notice that the truck I ordered online was not available, and that no trucks within a 60 mile radius were available for that matter. It left me with no other alternatives and it ended up costing me much more than the $50 they offered to recover from the reservation they cancelled.Craig C.

Truck was not available for me to pick up until nearly two hours after the time I requested. Also, a mistake on the contract that indicated I had rented a dolly caused me to have to spend an hour trying to rectify the situation when I tried to turn it in. Finally, since I had only one copy of my contract, I was unable to drop the truck off after hours and had to make a return trip the next day to do so. Will not be using U-haul in the future.john F.

The lady working in there was unaware how to operate the system. They gave me the wrong truck. Charged me an extra $50 on top of the rental rate and mileage. Had I known this was goin to be such a headache with them I would have quickly rented somewhere else. Going forward I most definitely willTRAVIS H.

I got a tow dolly. I was not informed on how to use. I had called prior to picking it up and asked if they (uhaul) would attach my car to it and was told yes. The fella who waited on me was a little disturbed and told me he was not suppossed to assist me. My son had to help him. I was not told that I had to stop and check to make sure the straps did not come off. My whole trip (600 miles) I had to stop, as the straps continually came off! It was not til I called Uhaul's l 800# that I found out there was a video to show me how to install. This experience was VERY messy and this location was not informative at all!!ROCHELLE M.

The truck had not been well swept out after prior use. There were pieces of cardboard, nails, screws, and bobbie-pins(!?). The tank had not been filled. Needle was sitting below full. Not a huge problem, but it would have been nice to be able to drive further before having to fill up. By calculating mileage I got myself, it appears that it was probably 8 gallons short of full when I got it. It leaked. Furniture & pads inside were soaked despite the fact that I was not driving in heavy rain.ANN W.
