The truck was not available upon my arrival. I waited 2 hours before the truck was returned. The customer service agent at the location was nice but did not honor the guarantee rental agreement or receive $50. As a matter of fact there was no compensation made to me for my inconvenience.

Upon arrival, vehicle could not be obtained, as the overall UHaul computer system was experiencing issues. While the local rep did everything they could to try and alleviate this problem, ultimately they were at the mercy of the main system. Separately, I called the 1-800 UHAUL number to try and get a time frame for the fix, no good response. While I do understand predicting computer fixes is not an exact science, the company may want to review the overall risk to your systems and business models, as this type of issue can cause harm to the brand and for local reps.

Not sure it has anything to do with this particular location, but I made a reservation online and the location of my rental changed. I received a notification, but it was not really clear that the location had changed. The change did not represent an inconvenience and I was very happy with the rental overall, but had the locations been more than about a mile apart and I not caught the change my experience could have been much different.

Mileage was incorrect on our contract, it was 30 more miles on the odometer. I notified the clerk of the error and she put it off on a manager. I was still charged for the additional miles.
