Sharon boldtWe used this location because it was convenient. However, even though it was during normal business hours, there was no one there. A note on the door left instructions to check at the next door business where I was told to just park the trailer and leave it. A phone number was listed which I called to verify that the trailer had been returned on time but it was for the next door business. I would not recommend this drop off location.
Frank StrongThis location is not open during stated business hours & does not return calls to get trucks checked in. Very disappointed in service & in the fact you kept my deposit bc of him being lazy
CEDENA HOWELLThis isn't on the location. This is on the truck. The check gas cap light came on and stayed on. I ended up having to drop 70 bucks for gas for four trips to the old house (less than 15 minutes away) and back. Also, my wife followed me back to drop it off and she smelled gas really bad from it.

Donna QuallsHad so much trouble checking in and getting key. My online didn’t work, had to call 3 times. I was there for an hour checking in. Same story when returning, online did not work. Then I ordered a dolly and did not get one but have been charged for it. It was a horrible experience and I would not recommend. Made a stressful day off the charts stressful.
Kacey LairdCustomer service at this location was shitty. I called to ask if I can drop off the truck and leave the keys in a drop box. He cut me off mid sentence and said "Uhaul's closed" and hung up on me!!. Horrible, HORRIBLE, VERY RUDE guy that runs the Duncan, Oklahoma location. I will NEVER go back

Mark RhoadesI reserve the truck as an in person check in so that I could actually speak to another person during the check in process since I had never done this before. When I arrived no one was there and no one was answering the phone number that was listed on the door. I had to call the 800 number just to get Assistance and then I spent another 20 or 30 minutes of my valuable time and in 92° weather going through the whole check in process all over again.

Justin MartinThe return location was locked up tight. A message on the door directed us to the building next door. Walking over there, the person in charge with U-Haul returns was not there and the 1 person there knew nothing about the process. After calling the 800-number, we were directed to use the U-Haul app. Using the app, the GPS address on the app was not the location we were at. After calling the 800-number AGAIN, we were told that they would mark the trailer as returned in their system. This took over an hour. Because of this we were unable to make it back to our house in time to pick up our puppy from the kennel (this caused us even more money). Also, since there was no one there, we had to manually unhook the trailer from the truck. If I was by myself, I would not have ben able to do this (since I am a female and not strong enough to lift the trailer off the ball). As it was, this was not an easy task. There should have been a jack or something/someone to help. I am not happy with this return experience. I will think long and hard before I look into renting another U-Haul truck/trailer. Luckily for me, there are other options.
Sharon SchoryWe’re not open during posted open hours. They had no weekend hours. They did not answer phone calls during posted open hours. They could not provide any assistance or directions on returning the equipment.

He had the keys ready when I arrived and all the paperwork ready for review. Such a wonderful help for this busy lady. Daryl made this process super pleasant!
Tommy LovettLot was empty so I dropped keys in the drop box. I did call the next day because I had left my padlock key on the truck keyring and the owner came right over and gave it to me. Good service!

The light on trailer was not working and found this out when half way to our destination at night!!! HORRIBLE experiance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pam AbbeI would recommend facility with a caution to the user. When renting the unit, I was told that any additional boxes at the delivery point would buy back boxes. Walls in Duncan said that that is not an option. They do not buy back boxes unused and have neve bought back unused boxes. Besides the tape, all packing supplies were unused and over half purchased boxes were returned. Walls said they would be glad to let me donate the supplies to them but would not buy anything back. Staff was very friendly otherwise.
