Rental deposit was not returned because of "a glitch". Were told it would be automatic once the rental was complete, but they are insisting we come in to get cash even though we live 1.5 hours away. Shameful.
JASON SShe wasn't sure how to use the reservation system and I had to get on the phone with someone and give them my brother's information so he could "verify my identity". Took 30 min to pick up a truck that I had already booked and the whole thing was kind of sketchy.

Meghan JIn rural Ontario there are few options. We could not spare the time to drive to another city to get the correct sized truck.
Ann HBooked truck for 1 and the guy had no clue what he was doing and even after I cleared up the licensed driver and brought them into the store it took well over an hr in the store just to get the truck because the guy had no clue what to do and how to do it then upon returning the truck it took another hour in store just to return the truck because the guy didn't know how to do the return and had to call and be walked through so out of my rental time I lost time to move my stuff because didn't walk out with the key until 2:30 even though I showed up before 1 to get the process done to get the keys so paid for time I did not even get because the guy in the store wasted over an hr of my rental time because he didn't know how to do his job !
ALISSA FThe truck was dirty in the back and leaked water in back of truck and ruined my mothers stuff that my mom has passed. I lost over $500 with my mom stuff.

Blake TI ordered an appliance dolly and it took them an hour to find it !! That was an hour wasted for my day to get ready to move !!! When you order the equipment it should be ready to go !!
Jason HNothing customer service went well over the usual needs and the folks at uhaul went over and above to assist. Can't say enough good things about this experience. Will definitely be back.
TRACY HI had no problems with the station I rented from but with uhaul in a whole ridiculous....very expensive. Even supplier was shocked at how much I actually had to pay.

Beth AI am not happy with the fact I was made to fill out all the documents online and I was told there would be no transfer of personal information however your Canadian system is not working I wasted time on picking up my trailer and I had to give all the information again. And when I dropped it off the attendant was useless I had to shout at him continuously to stop the trailer from rolling and hitting my truck I eventually took a rock and placed it in between the wheels of the trailer. Completely unsafe and I could of been hurt or pinned between the truck and trailer. This needs to be resolved as its a major safety issue. I will be reporting this issue to authorities or osha or someone that needs to come the this location to make sure this doesn't happen again

Rhonda DTell the truth and follow thru with what you say. I was blown away after hearing my total owed after a number was given to me the day before. I feel that i was taken advantage of because the price was changed not once, not twice but 3 times. I was ready to walk out without paying, however my hopes are that higher management will figure this out in the end. I truly hope I hear from someone outside the Wallaceburg(Mc Naughton) site. $45.00 to $265 to $143.

kevin hThe tank was only at quarter tank when I picked it up.. which I figured it would've been full tank... the inside of the truck in the cab was absolutely filthy mud everywhere and the back of the truck was disgusting with dirty socks everywhere... my mom had spent a couple hours cleaning it all...
CassieMarie NThey have not returned my $100 deposit. I got a reciept stating it is returned but it has not been and I've checked with my bank. It has been almost 2 weeks now. This is a lot of money to throw away I wish for it to be returned please I need this especially after the holidays.
Graydon J. Contract stated the truck had nearly a half tank of gas. It only had a quarter tank. Rates are higher than the website says.

SUSAN PEmployee was not knowledgeable about the procedure and took forever to complete the transaction. no-one was available to check vehicle over and transaction was interrupted by serving other customers. I would not go to this location again.
