It looked cleaned and well maintained however when I got to my new place I got bedbugs. this uhaul was the only thing i Used to move. The price for the extermination of bed bugs is very expensive.Cristina H.

I reserved a 6x12 4 days prior to my rental and at that time the trailer was available. 2 days prior to my rental I received a phone call indicating that the 6x12 trailer was not available and that I would receive a 8x5 trailer. When I went to pick up the trailer there was a 6x12 trailer on the lot and I was told it had been reserved the day prior. I will never use this facility again. They rented my reserved trailer out from under me and and on previous rental they did not record the return and I was notified the equipment was late when it was returned 1 day early. U Haul should consider make a change in their representative in Lamar, CO.Alan G.

I was appalled at the lack of customer service from uhauls representative on the phone and by the misleading information I obtained from uhauls website. If I had had the option I would not have rented from U-Haul and I will not be renting from U-Haul in the future if the service I received was the standard that U-Haul asks of its employeeslillie R.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever! I reserved the car dolly 6 days before I needed it. When I got the call from you guys to pick it up I was told that I had to go to another store 167 miles away. Round trip that over 300 miles a tank of gas, and 7 hours of my time that I'll never get back. When I asked for some kind of compensation, all I was offered was one extra day on the rental. On my way back home from picking up the dolly I passed by the Pueblo uhaul store, they had 2 dollies sitting on their lot, 30 minutes from my house. I cannot in good conscience, recommend uhaul to any of my friends or family members.Stan P.

Uhaul was a mess for us. They charged us twice, gave us the wrong truck and didn't give us the pads we paid for to help us move. We could never get ahold of anyone to help us. Absolutely ridiculous. We will not use uhaul againAUSTIN M.

I was told that if the Uhaul was returned early I'd receive some type of refund for unused time, but when I dropped the Uhaul off early, the employee didn't know what I was talking about. Ultimately he told me I should just expect back on my card in 24 hours and I never saw anything.hunter F.

Logan was very rude told me they were all reserved.. I ended up.going online to reserve one jsut so i could rent one. Once i retured ot they charged me more and only gave me $42 change he didnt have me sign a paper nefore i left and said the mileage was 5 less than whar was on the vehilce said it had a full tank ajd only had a queater tank he didnt even look at truck before i rented it he just guessed the milage.and gas???? They don't have a clue what they are doing. Called the 800-go-u-haul number and had everything verified and ready to go. Go to pay for the equipment and was told that it was not going to work and could not rent the equipment. Had to call district manager. Not a good experience.Don B.

I reserved and confirmed online a small pickup truck for $19.99 a day plus 59 cents per mile. But when I went to pick it up I was told that the only vehicle that was available was a 15 foot box truck for $29.99 per day and 79 cents per mile. Have the equipment on hand that was reserved for pickup. Be interested in helping the customer. REALLY IMPORTANT! Both individuals on duty seemed more interested in going to lunch than helping us get the trailer attached to our vehical properly. And, making sure the trailer lights worked correctly. I really hate to say it but they just seemed lazy. Not concerned that they did not have the appliance dolly that we needed to load the trailer. No greeting and no apology offered!!! I reserved a u haul 2 weeks before I needed to pick it up in Lamar CO at Wallace gas and oil to speed up the process. That wasn't the case when I got there for my appointment at 9:00am, I had to wait a whole hour for them to process me because the guy who was assigning the u haul had no idea what he was doing. He had to call several people to help him and since it was a gas station he had to help people that were coming in for gas he was the only one working. There shouldn't be an hour wait if you reserve a u haul two weeks prior to the pickup dateMitchell E.

Either close this location down or train everyone at this location. I had an appointment for pick up an expected everything to be ready. Spent over an hour for a simple trailer pickup. Boys there helping did not seem to know how to hook up the trailer. Took them 20 min. to find the chains needed for hookup, they left them dragging on the ground and then I was told to go buy the wiring I needed to make the connection between my car (it was already wired) and the trailer, they didn't have any. Do you mean to tell me I was supposed to drive it without any working lights somewhere to buy, out of my own pocket, the proper hookups? If I had been in an accident due to this U Haul would have been in a heck of a lot of trouble! My husband made one of the kids go buy it (they didn't want to because there were only two of them running the gas station.) Another 25 min. wait for that and then another wait while they got the dolly and pads I rented. Once again, I had an appointment, I did not just drop by and expect it to happen quickly. I requested a call fro the regional manager, but have not yet heard from them. I will be asking for a refund.BONNIE B.

I had the worst experience of my life, did not get reimbursed and was told I would money wise only to find out it was to pay the movers! Communication, told one thing by one UHaul and another version from another employee! Time, organization, communication was so poor! Kenny Brogman (719-393-5628), was the rudest person, and degrading man I have ever spoke with! Constantly interrupted, repeated the same things thinking I didn't understand??????????? I was told I was going to be reimbursed money in the amount of $1,000.00, I could have been in several accidents due to the right review mirror was busted off when a tree branch snapped back and hit the windshield and splattered glass, and broke off the review mirror, and windshield wipers that flew off in the middle of a down pour of rain! However, I was able to drive but not very safely at night, had hazard lights on all the way home. I called several times, and never called back, the truck and trailer they did not even assist with, my friend had to go get the truck and put my car on the trailer!!!!!!!!!! Alexis and William did get a second mover to come pack on Saturday night, after the first one was so inappropriate! I was suppose to leave on Friday for my new job in Wisconsin, from Arkansas? I did not leave until Sunday, and started on Tuesday! I returned the vehicle that was on a half tank, the second one? A very young lady, said it was not on 5/8 tank and if I didn't come give that money for that send me to collections!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would never, ever use Uhaul or recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe you did not reimburse my money after all of the things that happened, not to mention made my mother a wreck before I left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Julie S.
I had to wait 20 minutes for help. He didn't offer to help unhook the trailer from my vehicle, I did it myself. He didn't know how to print off the return sheet. I ended up signing a blank paper and I added the date/time of the return. The process took 30+ minutes.Lora C.
