Bill is the best you could look for in an employee. You should really look at giving him a promotion. I originally rented the wrong trailer. It was too small. Bill was so professional during the upgrade process and, he made me feel comfortable, during the upgrade. He is a true professional and an example for all in customer service. Thanks Bill
Tyler SReturn time on rental was never discussed except to know closing time was 4:00 pm. After 11:00 am I started to get messages is was late on return. Not the case. I was under impression time was to 4:00pm.

BILLY HAgain what I went to drop off the truck I pressed one for a call back and was told it would be within 15 minutes and it was several hours instead. The reason I was calling was because the drop off site was closed and the app would not let me save a photo to upload. The only reason I was able to drop off the truck was that someone was working late at the site. Your phone support and your app are both terrible.
LarryHartfield HThe guy at the desk told me upon my after hours return to just lock the doors and put the key in the slot. I ask him if I needed to do the online return. He said no you don't need to do that but didn't bother to tell me it would cost me another $20 if I didn't do the online check in. I did the online return but still feel as though he was trying to steal $20.00 from me.

William JService was great. I did (2) identical rentals of 6x12 trailer in (2) consecutive weeks to remove a small pipe organ. Bill provided crucial help in finding some local labor to help handle large and heavy parts; without this, the move would not have been very successful, or at least as easy. This is a small location and does not necessarily have what I needed on site; I provided some advance notice and Bill was able to locate a trailer from another location and have it on hand when needed.
BRIAN WUpon returning the truck, the person I dealt with in Stuart tried to help me the best he could. I truly appreciated his effort.
Mary VBill was excellent. He had to go get the trailer so that I could have it when I needed it, since it was not available on the lot. He also helped to get me in contact with some local people for help/manual labor to help remove a pipe organ that I was working on and this would not have worked out well without his assistance in lining up some local help with a couple of phone calls. He deserves some credit for this. I will be needing a second trailer for another up-coming run.
