Rick EmbryFirst. Our pick up location was changed from 9 miles away to a store 15 miles away. This is relevant in my third point. Secondly, the ramp on the truck literally came off. I had to contact u-haul roadside assistance to fix, which cut into our movers time by 2 hours. Third, the drop off for the truck was changed to 20 miles away from my destination. This wasn't an issue until I was told I went over my allotted mileage by 8 miles and got charged for it.
Patrick TuttleThe check in app is not great, if you click on one of the links and try to go back it erases everything you had already done. Such as when returning the U-Haul I had to take the pictures twice because it erased everything for no reason

Ended up having to extend my truck rental to keep it until the following day since we ended up needing to get a storage unit from U-Haul which also went amazing very helpful people and we ended up getting the first month of storage free with a promo for renting a truck. So overall probably one the easier moving experiences I have had

LORI AARON-BANKSMy only frustration is with U-Haul, not this location. U-Haul assigned me a truck at a different location but sent me a confirmation for this location. Frustrating for both me and location owner. He had to give me a larger truck to prevent me from leaving.

James HoodThe location is only open until 3pm. We arrived at 3:05 so there was nobody there to assist with unhooking the cargo trailer. We we unable to get the trailer unhooked and were getting ready to just pull the pin on the trailer hitch so we could leave it with the trailer. Two guys pulled up in a UHail truck and helped us get the trailer unhitched. Thank goodness for them!

jody myersThe only downside that I had with this location U-Haul was the parking lot. It was not well maintained and the entrance to get to the location was steep. I would have preferred a flat surface lot to make it easier to move the trucks.
Wesley AngervilleWhen I dropped off all my equipment a day early the guy never put them in the system then charged me for extra days and when I called basically told me he was to busy with paying customers to deal with me right then. He did eventually refund part of my money but now another guy is calling me asking when I’m going to drop off the trailer I rented so he clearly never fixed it fully.
