Ensure that your system is accurate with what is actually on or in the vehicle. I was told that the truck was on full and that I needed to bring it back on full. The mileage was over already from what it said i was starting out at. So if you go here please CHECK everything and take pictures like i did. So on my return I filled it up just to find out that the truck wasn't on full when i got it. Yes I checked it before taking off, however the gauge could have been broken so i found out that it wasnt after i filled it up, and of course what they tell me? We can't do nothing about getting you your money back for the gas you put in. Ok so I'll call cooperate then.

I have NEVER had someone be so mean to me. The lady in this office was so rude and down right hateful. I would hire a team of Alaskan sled dogs to drag me and my things around before I'd ever step foot in Walkers again! As far as the van goes, whatever they used to clean the windows was like wax. When sun came towards me I had to quickly and safely pull over and wipe the windshield so I could see.

No one at location to help with heavy trailer. It was also not chocked and rolled on my husband which pulled out his lower back when he had to stop the 1000+ lb trailer from rolling when he tried to lift it to put on his hitch. Because he pulled out his back he was unable to help us move and has been suffering for the past 3 weeks

The service was great Called at the last minute needed van. Vehicle was very clean although there was an odd smell that could have stemmed from the heat from the rubber Matt's. Although I fir to gas up I was allowed to refuel van the next business day.

The woman that was at the drop off was very disrespectful and just hateful. We asked if she was going to do a walk around and she said no. She said I needed to bring the blankets in. I am 71 years old and couldn't do it. We did not sweep out the truck and she charged us 75 dollars where I was told before it would cost 25. She also had my daughter go out and get the odometer reading. My daughter did that and the woman hatefully said “ I said the odometer reading.”My daughter who is 37 said that is the odometer we went back and forth and finally the woman said I guess I need to do some calculations. After that we left. Not a happy or calming experience.

The lady gave away my clean folded up cloths to the guy after me when I went to get the truck; and told me it didn't make a difference, and to grab the unpackaged ones on the other side. I didn't want to say anything because I really didn't want her to get in trouble, because something could have been going wrong in her life.

The 5x8 trailer was free of debris, but had significant stains on the walls. Otherwise it was clean. Had brand new tires and towed easily at up to 70 mph. Easy to connect to my truck's hitch. Plenty of parking room at Walker's Auto and easy to pull through the lot. Very efficient check-out and customer service.

The man and woman who worked there were not very helpful. I was not shown the truck or how it worked. I had to get the supplies myself (no help) and I was by myself. I did not expect to not be helped at all. They first told me that they had to utility dolly though I had reserved one and only had 18 blankets (when I had reserved more). I was very disappointed in this experience.

There were roaches in my truck and it was very dirty,the transmission on the truck was messed up and shifted gears really hard.I feel like I was overcharged on miles too.

This is run by an older gentleman that seems to hate everyone. He comes in late. Takes his time setting up. Makes it clear that he has no respect for anyone. Has a big sign that tells you to turn off your cellphone. Even though it is required to use the app. He manually entered a drop off time 45 minutes earlier that the 48 hours. He also put in a mileage that was not possible to make. I did get these 2 things changed by calling U-Haul toll free number. But it was a 25 minute wait. The gentleman in change takes 2 phone calls before the first customer. He does not answer any questions or solve any problems for those 2 calls. He just tells them how busy he is and to call back in 30 minutes. I believe he does this just to intimidate the waiting customers. He could easily just ignore the phone calls since he has no intention of helping anyone. I could say so much more. If you get shafted into a pickup here, I would change it or go to a competitor.

This location needs to hire employees who are able to assist with attaching trailers and detaching trailers. My experience at this location was so horrible I will probably never use UHaul again. I literally had to get guys who were cleaning the road to assist us because the person in the office was NO HELP.

Terrible customer service from the older lady in the office (not Barbara). Whole place smells like urine and mold. Would not recommend this location. The cargo van was fine, the rest of the experience was 0 out of 10.

The women who run this office are extremely rude and blatantly judge mental. When they ask me for my card number and I needed a second to get it you could clearly heard one of the women say “my god, come on”. When my friend and I walked in to pick up our rental, there were demeaning comments made towards our race. The uhaul itself was in great condition!

The truck I drove was not cleaned after the last use. It had a very heavy sweaty, grimy, excretal smell in the cabin. It was impossible to drive it without opening the windows. The vehicle was also very poorly maintained. The transmission kept shifting and making loud noise when accelerating as soon as it reached around 70 mph. I don't speed. It was only necessary to get around the big 18 wheelers and RVs on the road that travel at much lower speeds on the busy highways of SC. The payload area was also filthy. I had to clean it put down moving blankets because the floors looked very dirty and I didn't want to wash because that would have taken an hour to scrub and waiting for it to dry. Not a great experience overall.

Firstly, the woman at the front desk is very rude and unprofessional. She was not friendly at all, nor did she take the time to explain the process. She was very short and seemed like I was bothering her, honestly. The location closed super early, so it is very hard to get in contact with them if needed.

the old lady who assisted me was VERY RUDE. She did not give me the truck size I needed. Said it was already rented but it never moved. She act like she could not hear me or see me, better yet comprehend when I was giving her debit card numbers. She talked w/ no respect. If she is that old and cannot perform basic task she should not be working. Did not make me feel welcome at all.

I picked up this uhaul and it was only 1/4 a tank full but was told i had to drop it off with 3/4 tank full. So I had to pay for gas once and get charge out the ass when I I turned it in. It should have been 3/4 a tank full when i picked it up.
