Ms.Judy was rude to me when I started having trouble accessing my code for the lock box.I'd suggest that she be a little more understating because it wasn't even my fault, it was a system error that have me the wrong code and she wasn't even apologetic.Thaleisha H.

I will NEVER use UHAUL again. This was my FIRST AND LAST time working with them. First of all, I made m yh reservation at a location close to where I needed to pick up my load, and i got an email confirmation with that location on it. At the time of my reservation, I recieved a call from a DIFFERENT location saying that I was supposed to be there instead. This put me about 15 miles out my way. So because of this, I needed up having to pay an extra 30 dollars in mileage that I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. I understand a location not having the equipment you may need, and because of this, the first location I reserved was actually my second option. Had I not gotten a phone call, I would've never gotten my truck. I want my 30 dollars back since YOUR SYSTEM made the error, otherwise I never would have made the reservation. I will NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN.SAMANTHA K.

I completed everything online before hand and it was a breeze. However the check in at this location took a long time. It felt like she was completely setting my rental up again from scratch and was changing things on my reservation. However, the truck was in perfect condition.Brian W.

When a customer reserves a equipment and you tell them you will call, call with in 15 minutes. Getting a call 3 and a half hours later when you need to drive from there to Youngsville load up drive to Plaquemine and deliver to back to Walker before 7:30 pm is ridiculous. I paid for 24 hours I shouldn't have been rushed. That truck was available at 10:30 am when I made my reservation but I had to drive around Baton Rouge and hunt down that Truck. No one helped me find one and half into checking it out I get a call that a truck was available south of Baton Rouge then I worked my butt off to get the Truck back before the deadline given or I would have been charged another day. First if all, one of your 1-800 reps apparently can not read the instructions in front of her eyes!! I had called to price a pull included trailer, which was best buy: rent in North Louisiana, for round trip or in Walker, Louisiana-1 way. I told her exactly where I would be going and exactly where returning said trailer. Round trip from Bastrop, LA, returning to Bastrop, LA From Bastrop, LA was around $20.00 a day, pick up from Bastrop, LA return to Bastrop, LA. THEN SHE QUOTES A PRICE OF $44.00 FOR 2 DAYS FROM WALKER, LA TO BASTROP, LA. You can imagine my surprise when that was not the price at all but almost double!! Was I pleased? NO!!!!!!!!!! Either your company needs to hire people that can read or retrain them. Should I need a rental, Uhaul will definately be my last choice, there are others Companies out there that rent!!!!!!! I dropped off the truck after hours. I picked up the truck with just a tiny bit more than a half tank of gas. I only used 1/4 of a tank. When I filled it before returning it, I put $35 in the tank. That got it to just under 1/2 tank. So I put another $9 in the tank to get it to half. It did not budge. There is something wrong with the fuel level indicator. $44 should more than have covered 1/4 tank of gas! I would like to be reimbursed for the gas charges. I ALSO TURNED THE TRUCK IN VERY EARLY!Dawn L.
I think that the truck should have been inspected as far as the lights all working. That should be a regular maintenance on all of your U-haul vehicles. If I were stopped because of a tail light being out. Would you pay the bill. I think not. Although it is your vehicle. Please note that your rear Driver side tail light is out. Which means the brake light nor the blinker was working. Thank God it was my son following me and not someone else.MARIE GUEDRY F.

The person that this location was very inaccurate and very rude! She charged me for a clean-up fee that should not have been charged. I feel like I was overcharged for the mileage and she refused to further talk to me and hung up in my face! I was told that the manager will give me a call about the situation and he never did. This was totally unacceptable and I will not ever use U-Haul again!lenette E.
