Louis HI was charged for the equipment in one transaction which is fine but then charged DOUBLE the mileage in a second transaction. This is outrageous. I will not use this service again...too expensive.

JAMES DI can think of nothing to improve. Victoria was very honest and knowledgeable in telling me what I could expect on my pick up day, at the time I made my reservation. She and the young man, her assistant, gave the best customer service, in making sure the truck was clean and in otherwise good condition when I did pick it up!
Tricia DService at this location was excellent and staff was friendly. Dealing with U-Haul reservation process is a different story. Made reservation well in advance for location near house and ended up having to drive over an hour to this location. That's not a reflection on Walker Flea Farmers Market though.

Dean HVictoria was very pleasant and accomodating. Just because she was nice....is a reason I would rent from her rather than another uhaul also nearby. Courtesy and how a person talks to you goes along way in establishing business. I will tell others to patronize this uhaul location because of Victoria.
