I’ve rented from UHaul for many years. This rental by far was the easiest. Definitely will be using this location in the future!!! Great job!!!

This is a smaller location and the entrance is not well marked; the entrance is on a side street, not on the main road. Otherwise, the equipment I needed was available on time and both pickup and return were quick and easy. A larger truck, over 17', might be difficult to maneuver in / out / around this location.

The only thing I struggled with was the logging in to complete the rental picking up and returning. It takes for ever to upload pictures and information

The service was excellent. The truck was not. It has way too much play in the steering wheel and road-walked, very hard to keep it in the lane. When the accelerator is pressed down, the truck lunges forward. There are strange noises underneath the truck when driving. Overall, the truck has a dangerous, insecure feel when using and driving. Please perform maintenance on this truck ASAP, as I feel it is not safe to use until you do.

Uhaul moved my rental pickup to this location so I was somewhat apprehensive. However, Jose, with his awesome personality, made this the best Uhaul rental experience ever. Jose told me if I ever needed to rent again to let him know and he would take care of me. The incredible customer service I received will make this my go-to location going forward.

Used wipes to clean truck and they were really dirty. So vehicles do not get wiped down. My also had a tire warning light on with nail in front left tire.

Need to fix the app/online reservation system. I reserved a U-Haul in my hometown and it let me reserve and everything. Then on the day that I went to pick up, I called and they said they never got me on the list. So I had to drive 40 miles just to pick up the U-Haul I needed which cost me more money and more time.

Owner/Manager was very rude and disrespectful. Charged me for a cleaning fee that was unreasonable. Then when asked for his full name or business card to call corporate he told me he didn’t have a card and refused to give me his last name only full name. Jose.

The employee that helped me was extremely friendly and helpful!! Based on his friendly smile and helpful nature, I will definately be back to rent again. He went beyond the call of duty to help me get hooked up even in very cold weather that morning, I was most impressed with his friendly and helpful attitude. Uhaul should be thankful to have such a wonderful employee as this gentleman.

Being accused of stealing a dolly and being forced into being negative into my account was possibly the worst experience I could have ever had from uhaul. If I could rate it zero stars I wouldn’t only cause at the very least I was given a truck. I live in campus and will come to know people who will be forced into moving off campus to go where they need to be in their life and if I’m ever asked where they should pick up equipment, I will make sure this location is a place they steer clear from with extreme prejudice. Thanks uhaul for allowing me to struggle through the next couple days over a couple hundred bucks for a dolly no one even took. 1/10 (p.s. terry is the man the myth the legend and whatever you’re paying him it’s not enough)

When we went to this location the fence was in poor condition and a van was parked across the front gate opening. The side of the yard had an opening in the fence off the side road. We went in and parked the trailer against the back fence. The facility was not open and we didn't notice signage about dropping off trailers. We left hopeful that the trailer would get checked in and accepted. We were also concerned that the yard didn't seem secure.

Owner/Manager was very courteous, informative and helpful. Let us know we needed to be sure to fold the rented furniture pads or we would be charged, sweep out bed, etc. All things we would have not known since it was not shared in the rental information. Would use again.

Your web booking system needs an overhaul! First, trailer was supposedly avai at one location. Then, you changed it and called me. The, the morning of my rental, I got another notice that it was at a 3rd location. The 2nd location fulfilled my order. Thank goodness I didn't go to the other, which is 15-20 miles away!

First contract designated drop-off point at 600 S. 18th Street, Waco……made me hope I never had to move myself again. BUT hopefully drove to second U-Haul center to drop off the truck ……and they welcomed my return truck and me.

Good service at the store. Turning the truck back in with U-Haul online after hours was confusing. Instructions said to take and upload pictures of the interior of the cab and cargo area and where I parked the truck. Took pictures, but the check-in process didn’t say how or where to upload the pictures.

The person in charge was passive aggressive with me for something I had no control over. I returned the truck on time per my agreement. Uhaul corporate did something goofy with my reservation and changed it to be 24 hrs (i needed it and had booked it for 5 days) at the last minute, but the place i picked it up from said they fixed it, and i verified that on the receipt uhaul sent me. The person i returned the truck to implied that i caused him issues by not returning the truck after 24 hrs, which had nothing to do with me and everything to do with uhaul’s own backend management. The customer should be the last person who gets that kind of energy from a company, especially when i did everything as asked and had to overcome uhaul’s errors myself to ensure i had what i had booked 3 months earlier. I will not ever return to this location.

The online check in process was not very clear. There were several things that could have been done before we picked up the truck that would have made it go faster. Online check in took 30 minutes. The app was not user friendly for online check in as we had to ask someone at the store what to do next to pick up the truck.
