Agent refused to help attached trailer - or even check to see if I had hooked it up correctly (I don't own a trailer - that's why I come to uhual.) Didn't even come out to show me which of the trailers was mine - saying "match the numbers on the contract." When I asked for help she said (in a snotty manner "that why it's call *U* haul ... " ) Didn't even bother to check to see if the turn signals or brake lights worked. There were a few things still in the the trailer from the last rental (garbage, a couple shelves from some piece of furniture) so no one even opened the damn thing up to inspect it. Definately not Uhaul's best hour!

I had a pick up time of 11:30 and the person working the counter said she couldn't rent it to me, I had to wait 30 minutes for another person to come in to rent the vehicle to me.

They struggled with the computer system. I had an online reservation which seemed to catch them off guard. Took quite awhile to get it resolved and get me on the road.

They not only had no idea what all was going on for a very simple order but I had to do my own inspections, I filled the tank before leaving and then they want to charge me for miles I never even put on the truck. Don't ever rent from here.

I completed paperwork and made reservation to pick up online. I arrived at scheduled time and was advised "its a good thing you got here, we were just going to close (11:30 am). Online info took long time to complete despite having already completed in advance. Vehicle I was picking up was dirty on inside, covered in 5 inches of snow & ice, and drivers side wiper did not work. That meant excessive time to get ordered changed to next available vehicle. Fortunately there was one available, if not i didn't get the impression i would've rec'd much help in resolving.

Drop off was fine, but once AGAIN attempted to obtain credit card number to deal with overage miles, which would have meant giving credit card information four times--once with the reservation, once to corporate(who where polite and helpful) to handle billing, again in Austin, and yet again in Wabasha. Stupid, unnecessary, and unprofessional. Simply bill the card on file like every other company on Earth and start having some respect for customers.

Actually deliver the vehicle to the preferred location. My location was set for Red Wing, MN, but 2 days before my move I receive a voicemail telling me I have to drive a total of 1.5 hr's to Wabasha to pick it up the day of my moving. Very inconvenient and was given 30 extra miles and $30 off my total move. NOT USING UHAUL AGAIN IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER A VEHICLE TO WHERE SOMEONE NEEDS TO PICK IT UP!

The trailer hitch receptacle was rusted and turn signal was not working . We had bought a brand new hitch do good on our end . Isnt u haul responsible for making sure all lights r in working order? OR do u only rely on return process of customer reporting problems? U need a human to intervene , cant be all on line

We received very good and helpful service. Gave the 3 rating for location because it's at an older gas station. Overall, we were very satisfied, especially when we didn't know we were going to need to get a truck from that location until early that morning.

It was very confusing, I thought I had reserved a uhual for pickup in Rochester, Mn. Instead I had to drive 1 hour from my home town to Wabasha, mn. Then drive 1 hour back and then drive another 1 hour to my move destination Winona. It should be made clear to renters that this may happen. Overall the people, sites and uhual were good. Thanks

Trailer and truck I rented were both not swept out. No help was provided at all to hook up trailer, test lights, etc. Water leaked in both the rear door of trailer and truck damaging some furniture. Headlights were almost of no value for night driving without high beams on.

Employee's need to be efficient on the computer website for U-Haul! What should have taken 15 minutes, took us 50 minutes. Not acceptable! The unit functioned very well, but was dirty, muddy inside and full of decomposing leaves. There was no employee around that could hook up the unit, so I did it myself. I use my truck to pull my 18 foot boat, so I was OK about hooking up the unit. What needs to improve is CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I feel that we were directed to this location because the truck we rented was needed instead of to another location that was about equally distant if not closer. I was contacted twice about returning the truck by two different people, one of whom was kind enough to add some miles to our contract because the original contract was far short of the mileage needed to make it to this drop off point.

It is a towing company location. What do you expect from cleanliness. When I returned the unit, they never inspected the unit for any damages or that the unit was cleaned out. ( there was no damages and it was cleaned before we returned. )

I requested my truck for pick up in Winona. I had to drive to wabasha to pick it up. It added extra stress to my move and ate up valuable packing time. Wabasha location was fine as a uhaul pickup spot, but it was very inconvenient for me coming from Rushford. I had to drive an hour instead of 30 minutes to get the rig.

I initially had selected to pick up my equipment in the lacrosse Wisconsin. I had selected to pick this up in the morning, however 24 hours prior to this I was informed I had to wait until two or 3 PM for pick up. I then called customer service initially had me on hold and then was transferred to a second and third individual. I had to drive an additional 60 miles to have a truck Available for the time that I needed. Eventually the error was corrected and I was given additional miles to correct for this however it did cause me significant more time in trying to obtain this. I would recommend the future that the La Crosse location do better job of arranging reservations and not to stack them as this seem to be the issue at hand.

Don't lead me to believe that you have equipment at a requested location and then call me after I have made the on-line reservation and inform me that the closest place to pick it up is 35 miles away. And then require a $9 Safe Tow fee when my on-line reservation was $8. And then require me to pay an additional fee for a one-way rental, or drive another 70 miles to return it... Ridiculous!!

Train all the staff there on how to use the system. I was told I need to call uhaul and find a truck at a different location cause they couldn't figure out how to check me in. Took over 2 hours out of my day to get the truck. then when I returned the truck, I could t pay cause the Wabasha site never checked me in. Corporate uhaul was great and so was the Troy, MI site where I returned it, but the Wabasha location was a horrible experience! I felt like I was in the wrong because they didn't know how to do their job. If I could rate the Wabasha, MN location, I would give it a negative 10

Not much computer experience or knowledge of uhauls software. Took me 2 1/2 hours to get the trailer I had reserved. Put all my schedules off! Not happy.
