Drop off location was closed. No one was there.! Could NOT speak with anyone, unable to get any help. Was forced to do everything on line. Must take pictures of everything. Not the best location to be a Drop off spot!

TROY FWebsite is difficult to navigate and understand check in process. Not a large difference between online and inperson pick up. Was not clear some things needed to be done before getting the uhaul.
Caroline HMy experience was awful. First location cancelled my truck with no warning or explanation. I had to find a different location and no 10 foot trucks were available in your company throughout my entire city. So I had to waste more money on a 15 foot truck. WTG isn't listed accurately on GPS and I drove past it twice following the GPS. WTG should get that fixed so their customers don't waste additional time. My order was listed as one way even though we repeatedly discussed my move being IN-TOWN and the employee told me REPEATEDLY to return the truck to the same location. My bill was almost twice as high as I was told it would be. Customer service call took over an hour to get back to me to explain the bill. Next time I have to move, I will be hiring any company EXCEPT U-haul. Frankly, I want a refund for the entire ordeal. Zero stars.
