It was like Voyager Liquors isn't part of the U-Haul network. When my phone unexpectedly died I was told by Voyager that they couldn't process my return and I would have to drive the truck home incurring more mileage costs.

waited 1.5 hours. terrible
William HThe inside of the van was very dirty. and the outside as well. Then, we had a hard time understanding the guy. I could tell he was getting irritated that I had a hard time understanding him. He said he couldn't help us return the van, that I had to call U-Haul to get help. I will never rent from that location again, nor will I refer anyone to that location.

What makes is less than perfect is that there were empty water bottles in the cabin, the blankets were just spread in there and there was not one but two dollies. Also the gas was dangerously low. Liked the truck that operated well and the fact that I was able to get there and have the equipment when I needed it

Sheng-Chun KThe vehicle reports a warning of low tyre pressure. The cashier was quite impolite. He spoke with a strong accent, and I often had to ask him to repeat his questions. Each time, he responded with a look of disdain. When we were returning the vehicle, he told us we were all set before we even provided the final mileage and fuel level. It was only after we insisted on confirming those numbers that he opened a website for us to enter the information.

Yuxuan ZCustomer service was so poor , the person helping was so rude didn’t know what he was doing half an hour late in giving me the truck gave me the wrong key and the truck that was giving to me the gas was almost on empty told me not worry about it and he wasn’t gonna charge me and I was charged over 380 still fighting to get my money back !!!!!
