Had to return the truck to where I rented it, causing extra kilometres, 19.95 to rent, and 70.00 dollars for mileage, and I had it for 3 hours, plus gas, cost me 140.00 for 3 hours, to expensive in my opinionSteve D.

It took me nearly an hour to drop the truck off as the rental agreement was for a one way drop in Port Hope, but the online version put the return point as Oshawa again. Customer service online was great, but it took nearly an hour from the time I called, put on hold awaiting a rep, getting everything switched over to allow the drop. Then the App would not allow uploading of pics, so customer service attempted tor rectify and we ended up having to use the online version instead. That allowed me to complete the return. Totally unacceptable the way the rental agreement wasn't properly processed, but the assistance I received to rectify it was great.JAMESR H.

I was supposed to pick the van up at diamond detailing. It was not there. Simone could have sent me a message to let me know if the pick up location change. Diamond detailing was a block from my house. The other location required me to get someone to driver me there. Then the moving items I ordered - blankets and dolly were not in the truck but I was charged for them anyway. The truck was clean. Despite the late hour, I was able to pick up. It would have been nice if it wasn't so dark.Jennifer M.

Fix the Uhaul "credit" for the 60$ deposit. It was over an hour trying to get it sorted out. They had to call into help desk multiple times. Seems there is an issue with credits on "debit" cards. Wasn't the first time they have had issues. They were friendly and trying to help but seemed like a "system issue".Jayne D.
The vehicle was filthy and when I reported it to the clerk, I was told that U-Haul does not pay them to clean the trucks. I had no choice but to accept a filthy vehicle.MICHAEL B D.

Your system for checking in an checking out is very stressful and does not work at all. The photo verify part would not complete. Luckily for me the local rep showed up at 8 AM and was able to do the check in for me. Very helpful. When I checked it in it was dark after hours and no one around. After over 10 attempts to take your required photo I got on an online live chat with a service rep. I can't begin to tell you how stressful trying to type on a small smartphone in the dark was for me. I am over 60 and while I can use technology, I found that situation most frustrating. The rep told me it was a common problem at that location I do not believe my problem was related to signal strength The photo verification process itself is not realistic in real life conditions. If a check in did not work for a customer, going forward, perhaps you should waive that seemingly redundant verification process and let the local rep verify it the next day, as he had to anyway.Norman H.

I dropped truck off a day early but half hour after close. Shocked they closed at 5 on a Friday. I tried with no luck doing the online drop off. So then I was charged an extra $20 fee. I have another truck and a trailer rented for this Friday. I hope I have a better experience.Barb C.

What a great experience. The staff at Vosburgh's are friendly and knowledgeable. They had a good selection of boxes, packing supplies and even a box-style wardrobe for dress clothes. I will be back the next time a need a moving truck.Michael V.
