Let us know in more detail what the steps are when picking up the key. I sat there for about 10 minutes creating an account and then waiting for a live response from someone in the messages. I also wasn't aware I had to have a backup contact to verify myself until that moment. Inconvenient.

It was a drop box. The location was closed due to Covid 19 and the phone number directed me to a message box. The shop representative called me back 3 hours after I had returned the vehicle and explained why they were closed.

How is the person/service helpful in any way if this isn't accurate when I turned in the vehicle? U-Haul owes me a refund for charging me for an extra day that is not applicable to the truth of when the truck was returned! I picked up the truck Friday and returned it Saturday!!
