The request was for 20 feet truck that I had payed for that over 20 days before, in addition to 2 dollies. Just 2-3 days before pick up, they called me and said that there’s no 20 feet truck presented there and the location that I requested for pick the truck up had not the same truck( Richmond Hill, jamessnow. It was just before the long weekend that There’s no chance to reserve the truck from other companies. So they sent me 40 km north to a center in Keswick. The pick up time was for 7:00 Am. The safety box containing the car keys was not opened because the GPS was not the same for my phone and that box ( 25m apart ) . I try to talk to costumer service by 10-15 times from 7:10 am to 9:20 am. Also my daughter try to communicate with your distructed customer service by internet. Nothing worked. In the middle of these unsuccessful calls, I found a guide in your site they said “ help you 24/7”, so I called to that number, it also connected to answering machine again. At 9:15 am the owner of that phone number called me and said “ could you open the safety box door?” And after checking all of the staffs for identification, I realized that those dollies which I wanted are not present ( only one with another specification and I had no choice for carrying my piano with. At last I can not arrive at my destination in downtown Toronto at the time which elevator was reserved for me for 3 hours to take my staffs up to the 9th floor. This is the most inappropriate, uncoordinated messy service I ever have in whole my life. And if you do not want to give an explanation and compensate for all of them, I try to go public.

It is a garage for cars...the men were eating lunch and did not even get out of their seats....the one man said, "nothing matters to me, I just put in the truck once returned." Clearly, he made errors because we were charged for gas - WE HAD MORE THAN WE WERE SUPPOSED TO and we were charged for extra KM when we were 40 UNDER....I have emailed UHAUL directly and better hear back.

Show up on time! When you have a rental booked ensure that a staff member is on site at the specified time!

Fuel gauge on original invoice did not match actual fuel gauge in truck. Truck was returned with fuel gauge indicator in exactly the same location. Total distance driven was 35.6 mi. or 57 km. I put $25 (26 liters) liters of fuel into the truck before returning. Now being charge another $34 (25 liters) for fuel, totaling 52 liters of fuel. I think you must agree 51 liters or 13.5 us gallons of fuel to travel 57 km is alarming. That said, the truth is the original gauge on the contract was not accurate, I should have contested it. I will pay this bill but you have now lost a long standing U-Haul customer. Kevin Watson

We were on time to pick up the truck and the place we picked it up from was an hour and a half late and the guy had no idea what he was doing ... Terrible experience won't use uhaul again

Remove this service station from drop off locations. When I dropped the truck off, two men were in the garage having some beers and didn't offer any help as to drop off procedure. My understanding was drop off and go. However, there seems to be some issue since I got a surprise bill saying I didn't drop off the truck for an extra two days. Used the truck for less than 8 hours, got billed for three days. If this is an office processing error, slightly understandable. If it's a drop off location error in not processing the drop off, that's unacceptable. Either have trustworthy drop off locations or don't have them at all.

I would have really appreciated a great customer service experience from the reps on the phone. They were very unprofessional and one lady said she would call me back to assist with my rental, I have yet to receive a call back. Not to mention, she had me on hold while my reservation was supposed to begin. I also paid for equipment that wasn’t included in my truck. I have not received any refund for that. I would like for someone to contact me. Thank you

The truck had summer tires with tread half warn. It would not back into our driveway which is on a slight uphill to the house. Any truck being rented in Ontario in the winter should have good snow tires! We had to carry the furniture all the way up our long driveway. We couldn't even get the truck all the way off of the road. We parked cars on the side of the road on either side of the truck to protect it from traffic. We had a very experienced truck driver. Good job too or I don't think this truck would have made the snowy trip.

The people we dealt with in Keswick were friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find but would be nice to have the parking lot lit better.

Lied about amount amount of gas I put in are trying to steal money from me. When I know I returned it properly with the right gas!

Reserved a 26' truck only received a 20' truck. pick up time was 1 1/2 hours later than my reservation time. i had to rent another truck to move all my belongings. i will never use uhaul again, very disappointed.
