Despite decking insurance coverage as we have a COI on file, DISHONEST CHEAT AND UNSCRUPULOUS UHAUL and it's employees and franchise's keep charging for insurance which we have to waste time to get a refund. The people at VIN'S were friendly and reasonable. But the truck I rented from them broke down. An unforseen issue? I suppose. But I lost over 2.5 hrs of work time before I could get back on the road. The customer service was great. The lady behind the counter was very sweet, knowledgeable and very helpful. Unfortunately however, the van that I rented was absolutely disgusting inside and outside, and more so inside. The crew cab was filthy with leftover fast food products and packages, coffee and greasy spills all over the dash and surfaces, cigarette ashes on the dashboards and dials, the cab reeks of cigarette smoke, muddy floorboards and sticky interior in just about every area. Technician was not available; would not be available till later in the day, and no receipt/annotation given/taken. Inspection was done 3 hours after my departure. Fuel was topped off, the arrow over the F (26.36 gallons), at the facilities gas pump but was then charged $8.06 (2.72 gallons) for not being topped off, arrow below the F. From the pump to where I parked it was less than five meters away. Final odometer reading from my departure is 73154.4 miles. 2.72 gallons of fuel represents 26.65 miles. I was never informed about the details of the contract, and was told it would be emailed. Never received the contract until after I returned the van. I never received a receipt but was charged $98 for what my calculations should have been $75. If I was given a receipt perhaps I would be more understanding, but I have yet to receive a receipt two days later. I will never rent from Uhaul again.Bill M.

You offer the mobile share but in an area that has poor cellular service - it made it harder to use than app. Also the truck's cab was extremely dirty and looked like it had t been cleaned out in quite a whileWilliam V.

I rented the van from 1995 but I was mislead but a $12 sub charge it came to a different price so it was misleading it's not 1995 I understand you pay tax but that sub charge whatever that is it's totally wrong and misleading the people for $12 that's crazy need to do something about that but I'm going to report it that is not rightThomas R.

Lady at front desk was unable to book truck, I did one time online and she canceled it , because she doesn't know about booking. It's took 2 hrs to book the truck . That was my bad experience ever to pick the truck from UHAULSAJJAD H.
