There was an issue with my check-in. Apparently the trucks got mixed up. The days following I received messages from U-Haul, that were a bit forward. About getting their vehicle back, but I had already returned it. So I had to take a few breaks from work to answer these text messages as they were extremely important and couldn't wait to the end of my shift.Gary P.

I am a very happy U-Haul customer at the Revere location. Pam is an awesome Clerk/Attendant. She is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable. and she is accurate and quick with the reservation process. Me, personally, I don't have any comments about improvements, as the Revere U-Haul location is great just the way it is. The service provided to me by Pam, was excellent.Yolanda R.

The right side rearview mirror was attached by string when I picked up the UHaul. I didn't think much of it before I started driving, but it fell off quickly after I started driving. I had to stop the UHaul on the road and pick up the broken mirror. I tried to tape it back on, but that didn't help. I had to drive a 20 foot UHaul with ONE rearview mirror on 9/1, the busiest moving day in Boston.Will H.

The truck was returned late, so it was not available for me at the time I was supposed to get it. As a result, it was not thoroughly checked for cleanliness. The tire pressure alerts were on. I think the people at this location were friendly and helpful, but I was disappointed. Despite getting it 45 minutes late, I rushed to have it back before closing (2 hrs later and 15 minutes before closing). Once I put gas in it they took the vehicle, checked the back, got the mileage, and parked it; however, I didn't get my receipt until today. I would have been more comfortable returning it after hours and taking the pictures of the gas gauge, odometer, and uploading everything from that location, since I left with no documentation that I even returned it.Steven V.

Make sure you take pictures of your mileage and your pick up and return gas gauge. I filled the tank to where it was supposed to be filled to and they charged me 20$ extra dollars saying I didn't return it with gas. I had the receipt from their gas station proving I did get the gas. I called them and told them this, they said they would look into it and call me back and never did. I'm not saying they weren't nice there or I wasn't happy with the truck. But I shouldn't have been charged extra $ for no reason and I deserved a call back!Lisa P.
Pam was friendly, helpful, and professional. I will rent from Vin's again when necessary. Thank you. One thing I will say is that the van said a tire had low air, but this was not the case. If you have a faulty sensor for the tire, it should have been fixed by now. Also, there was low windshield washer fluid. Please check these issues and have them corrected when necessary.Matthew R.

Interior of cab and of truck bed were both dirty/hadn't been cleaned from previous user. Truck storage had leaves and trash. Interior of cab had shells from peanuts and other trash on the floor, seats, and in cup holders. I cleaned it before returning to make sure I didn't get billed for someone else's mess. Receptionist was nice and helpful.Ben D.

Wasn't thrilled that I was given a truck with only 1/8 of a tank of gas. Luckily, the location has gas pumps or I wouldn't have been able to get anywhere for gas. Checking gas levels before it is given to a customer and maybe making sure it has at least half a tank of gas.Michele Z.

I lost two hours trying to get a truck ordered on 6/7/2022 at the first location. This location was the one where the scheduling manager found the truck. I lost money and time because this location is far from my place. The truck was probably the oldest one a person can find. It generates many weird sounds. One of the blankets was fully in machine oil. The staff is nice, that is why I gave this location 3 stars.Alexey Y.

Despite decking insurance coverage as we have a COI on file, DISHONEST CHEAT AND UNSCRUPULOUS UHAUL and it's employees and franchise's keep charging for insurance which we have to waste time to get a refund. DISHONEST AND CHEAT UHAUL - take corrective measures immediately or you will be kicked out of business VERY VERY SOON. Want to try again to cheat us?Chidambaram R.
