The staff were wonderful. Making payments was a simple process. However, the lock was cut off my unit at one point because someone cut their way through the fences, no fault of the staff. I also paid $140 a month for a unit and my unit was filled with dirt due to the location I was told. Anything of value was no longer of value because the amount of dirt that caked my items inside, again no fault of the staff and not sure how this can be made better for other renters. Overall, I moved cities and needed to discontinue my unit. Thanks for everyone’s help at Vinnys mini storage.

We didn't move in because I canceled this storage on the phone with a gentleman that answered the phone at the facility. This was understood with the lady that helped me make the reservation and she knew that if my son had found a place to rent before June 17 that I would call and cancel. Which I did!

After 3 years I finally got moved out and the process with the front office went very smooth and easy. The lady in the front office was really nice and very helpful. There were no extra charges and didn’t have to pay for the entire next month which was a surprise since I moved out on the 29th. I’d definitely recommend this company for a storage unit if the need should arise.

Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust. Other than that it was a storage unit not much to say about that.
