The location was good. The employee was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone that can afford to use Uhaul. Unfortunately for us, the price has become too expensive.

Carl RMy reserved equipment was not available at the pickup location that I requested. Because of this, we had to drive 45 additional minutes round trip to another location. This was a major inconvenience for us because it disrupted my toddler's dinner and bedtime routine. He's already experiencing a very overwhelming season with our move, and all of these issues compounded his unrest and stress.

Robert SLocation was alright. My truck was old with over 175,000 miles. What really irritated me was that I put gas in the truck back to full and was still charged for 2 gallons of gas upon return.

Scott MThe entire pickup process was a disaster. The scheduled pickup location in Leeds did not have the equipment and had never heard of me. Hours later we find out that the pickup had been moved to Trussville 23 miles away without ever informing me. The Trussville location didn't have the 20ft van that we reserved either. We were forced to take a 26 ft truck and pay the 6.8 mpg across the country which cost us hundreds extra. This isn't the first time we have had this kind of problem with U Haul but it will certainly be the last. Penske is a far more professional company.
Hal MLocation is basically a dirt lot with a shed on it next to a house? Cell service wasn't great which I think makes self dropoff of rentals almost impossible (or the app itself was also having issues). Called and left a voicemail regarding the drop-off and didn't receive a call back when they opened the next day, ended up calling them back an hour after they opened to make sure everything was fine (wanted to give them some time to call back in case they had some things to do first).

Phyllis BOnly problem I have is if your 1 minute late your charged for the whole day, policy needs to change. The people at this location are awesome. If you have the opportunity to do business with them make sure you say hello to their awesome doggies. They are so sweet and cute. Very professional. Can answer all questions very knowledgeable.

Trinh NI have rented from U-Haul several times. This was far and away my best experience. Movie was very helpful in finding the right equipment for me on a Friday night. He is a real asset. The location has good inventory and is convenient. Very good experience.

Jeff SMs Alicia was a Great Help in providing our recent use of UHAUL! I stopped using UHAUL years ago due to poor service and vehicle upkeep, but decided because of the close location to give Uhaul a chance and I am glad I did! Thanks for the service and the only problem with my service was it could have been $50 cheaper! Respectfully Thanks

The employees at Vincent Remodeling were top notch!! Can’t put into words how they made me feel. I will drive out of my way if ever renting a UHaul again.
