This location is both a mini grocery store and a Uhaul location. The owner makes his worker take care of checkout for any grocery customers as soon as they arrive at the store counter. Even when personally present at the counter, he does not help with either the store registers or the Uhaul register. The worker was kind and helpful but had to keep leaving me to go ring up groceries. Expect delays due to the policy of the owner.

Charles EThe people at Village, Market did a spectacular job of trying to accommodate my needs even though the 26 foot box truck that I rented through the Uhaul website was not available at this location. Uhaul only had my truck n Redlands n I was not driving back down the mountain for my truck that was reserved in Running Sorings. Three hours later I was able to locate a U-Haul truck to utilize at my storage via a customer who was as getting ready to return to Village Market. Never rent through U-Haul. It’s a horrible experience they rent out vehicles that aren’t even available ever at certain locations horrible system. Very high cost when you figure in all the mileage that they want you to pay for and the movers that you’ve already contracted with for their services. Uhaul NEVER AGAIN!!! Village, Market was awesome. Great little convenient store.
Jayne CTruck was very dirty. I had to clean the back out as it had alot of brush still in it. Windshield was so dirty I had to hose it down. Rest of truck had a sticky substance on the paint. I will never return to this location

I get the fact that customers are just picking up equipment at the location but having a small amount of humanity in your soul goes a long way. Customers will start to look for other options when you have to deal with people like the lady at Villiage Market.

John TThe original drop off location was in Rim Forest but I got a call to take the trailer to another location to Running Springs witch is about 10 miles out of my way, I wanted to take it to Rim Forest on my way home do to the fact that HWY 18 was closed .Terry at U-Haul was great at the Running Springs location and I will definitely recommend them if I need to use them again.
robert rAdvise the U-Haul webmaster to inform customers of pick- up sites that do not offer early or off-hour pick-ups. I was mislead that the Village Market would provide an early on-line processing for puck-up.
