Returned with proper amount of gas and was charged wtf terrible service.
Justin TietjeThe back door was broke and I could not open it myself and I had to get 2 guys to help open it so I could load it. Then I could not get the door down. So I had to drive with the door up. Also the trucks engine made a very loud noise so I didn't know if it was going to stop. I would have taken the truck back but I had an appointment time to pickup my items and could not be late.

Traci TreffertIt is your average gas station; kind of a random place to drop off a U-haul truck. The Chevron staff member was as helpful as he could be. I was attempting to exchange a damaged truck for a new truck, but wasn't in the system. It turns out that U-haul roadside assistance gave me incorrect information about how the process works. The Chevron staff member was sympathetic and wanted to give me a new truck, but the exchange wasn't in his computer system, so he couldn't.

The BEST U-Haul customer service I’ve received to-date and ive rented many times before from many other locations. This location is my destination for U-Haul renting after today’s experience. Keep uo the great work Duncan & other young man (sorry, didnt get his name. Duncan would know it though).

John McLaughlinThere was cow shut all over the uhaul. Had to wait to get another one. This cost time and my business money. Wifi is terrible at this location so checkout takes a very long time.
Christina JamesThe only recommendation I have is for the renters of the vehicles to clean out the trucks before they return them. I left my rental cleaner than how I received it :-)
Jeni VenablesWhen checking in the vehicle, the employee couldn't read the gas gauge and almost cost me a 60$ fuel charge. Some back and forth and showing before pictures finally convinced him it was properly at the agreed upon level. Will give them another chance but if it happens again they clearly do it intentionally
Matthew SokolGuy couldn’t pull up the reservation with his computer. Told him about the issue with the door but nothing was done. I don’t blame him tho it did seem like it wasn’t his job to do that anyway.

jim hickeycheck in employee was under prepared for rental truck returns. had to call dispatch for instructions and left me standing there 30 minutes while he tried to figure out how to complete the rental return online.

Robert FordI picked up the equipment without issue. The next day I get a call saying that the trailer wasn't dispatched and I owed money for it even though he gave me the trailer. Then the drop-off point wasn't updated to what it showed on the receipt and it took me an hour to get that fixed soni could drop the truck and trailer. Terrible.
Arthur GarciaIt took me a 1/2 hour to get the trailer... They had a uhaul truck in front of it, No one came out to help load it on to my car... So I had to go back in twice to get help
