Absolutely phenomenal!
Katie LairdThe guy running the place left a note on the door saying he was working on a farm and to call him and he'd be there to tye location in 5min. I called 2 or 3 times all went to voice-mail I nearly had a late fee if I hadn't used the online drop off. He texted me about an hour later with instructions on how to drop off the truck. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wouldn't recommend.

I was supposed to get a 26 foot and nobody ever reached out to me so i got stuck with this one which led to me having to take multiple trips more than i should have. Next time i will go with penske.

Peter MitchellAfter explaining the fuel leak situation on the truck and delays on getting the truck back late due to needing to tarp the contents to keep dry. The service guy said he'd refund a measly $30 for the extra gas. I've yet to see any credit, and was charged an additional day for the uhaul as it was a few hours late dealing with the fuel and water leak situation during a bomb cyclone. Pathetic experience with this uhaul

Jennifer JordanThe location was fine and the person that processed the paperwork for the rental was very nice and helpful. My issue is that I had to drive 35 miles from my preferred pick-up location to get the truck, and U-Haul offered no relevant consideration for my time and additional fuel. If someone has to travel more than 30 minutes or 10 miles to get their vehicle they should get something more than just "additional miles" on their rental. Maybe its on a sliding schedule, 10 miles gets a $10 credit, 20 miles a $20 credit, etc.

Drue SellinWe reserved a trailer in Kennewick WA several months in advance but received a call the day before picking it up that we would need to drive 1 1/2 hours to OR to get a trailer because there were none in Kennewick. This was a huge inconvenience and no compensation was offered. You really screwed up my move day and I am still very upset. I will never use U-Haul again. You need a better scheduling process for sure.

Kerry BorbaThe self check in process was frustrating and confusing. It wouldn't except my current photo with my driver's license photo. Being a Sunday the business was closed and I struggled through the process of just attaining the keys. If the owner, who by the way was "old school", and was patient and a great help, hadn't come by I would still be there. It cost me three hours of moving time-so much for quick check in process. At the end I was charged for an extra day. Suffice to say I will not be using your service again.

Bruce HamovitzLocation not open during posted business hours. After leaving pickup location, we were called and told the truck needed to be returned 31 miles away from our destination. We tried calling to see if we could drop off at one of several locations in Pendleton OR. No answer. So we drove the extra miles, paid more for gas to drop off a day early. Now you want to charge me for 5 miles over? U-Haul will not be receiving my business or referrals in the future.

Nancy OleenAlthough the facility was suppose to be open during the time frame I initially went to return the trailer, they were closed and no one was around. So I had to do the self return process online. That sucks. However, the manager of the location called me the next day and he was very pleasant.
