This location gave me the wrong key for the wrong truck. After several attempt, I found the truck all the way in the back of the shopping strip. Not cleaned from inside. I was charged an extra money for the Dolly rental, knowing it was included in the main cost charge. When I confronted the person at this location, he informed me that he couldn't refund the money and I need to inform the dropping location to refund it for me. When I drove the truck, the speedometer was 4 m/h off and no A/C. I had to open the windows for 5 hours driving on a highway. I informed the dropping location personel about this issues, but they don't care. I always use Uhaul, more than twice a year, but this time it was a nightmare.

Heather BWe had a horrible experience at this location. The person helping had no customer service experience. He gave us a truck that had 90,000+ miles on it when we were going across the country. Uhaul had told us we would get a newer vehicle when we booked it almost 3 weeks ahead of time since we were going across the country. The man at Uhaul did not even go out to the vehicle and inspect it with us. Also the truck had a crack on the windshield that went right across the windshield. We gave him the address we were driving it to, and he set the drop off at least 30 minutes away when there is a Uhaul 5 minutes away from the address we gave him. Also I gave him my drivers license and still the truck was rented in my daughters name. We did not check all this ahead of time because we thought the Uhaul rep at this center knew how to do his JOB. My husband was so upset he took the truck and swapped it with another truck at the Uhaul on Townson Avenue. So we ended up with a better truck but the rental name and drop off were incorrect. Vics Good year and Tire provides poor service for whatever reason. Would NEVER EVER recommend them. I got the impression he acts diffeently with different people.
OMAIMA MThe tires were out of balance and the front end was so out of alignment I had to hold the steering wheel to the left for nearly 1800 miles while vibrating the whole way.
Richard WThe truck had new tires but at least one tire was completely out of balance. It vibrated me and everything else in the truck the entire time. Not only was the tires out of round but the front end alignment was also way off. I had to hold the steering wheel hard left for the entire trip. It was miserable. ADA CWe have rented utility trailers from this location on several occasions. They are efficient and friendly. We have had bad experiences with other Uhaul locations, but I know that at Vic’s 2, I will be in and out and not have any issues. Thanks, guys!

Wesley CThe first location that I reserved the truck rented the truck out to someone else. I had to go to the second location to pick up another truck for my move. When I got there the truck had cigarette butts on the floor of the truck and the cab smelled like cigarette smoke. Also, there was only half a tank of gas in the tank. I hope that the location would be more attentive next time.
