Hard to find due to lack of signage

Keona SI ordered 6 pads but they didn't have any in my truck and no way to contact you. When I rented the truck, the trunk was unlocked. I had some issues moving glass shelves. renee hI was charged for two days of rental extension that did not happen and it has been over a week and I have not been refunded. When I dropped off my equipment, the workers were rude, said they couldn't give me a drop off receipt, and now I am running around trying to get my money back from uhaul.
Brandy MI have been satisfied with the service received. This was my 3rd time within 4 months using this location. The young lady that assisted me has always been very polite and helpful.

Eddie BReturn location is an auto and tire lot . It would be helpful to have a sign that states where to return or park the moving van upon return. The lot was confusing. I am new to the state and area and was not familiar with this locations process for pickup or return. I parked the moving van on the wrong side of the business. Personnel informed me I was on the wrong side, and offered to move the truck. Personnel was very polite and professional. Returning the truck was a simple drop-off/key return process. No waiting.
Wilma BI will never use uhaul again. Worst experience ever in truck rental. Pickup location was fine, the person from the corporate office was rude and unprofessional.

The rental agreement was made over the phone with the U-Haul main office since we were unable to locate a care hauling trailer. headquarters made address errors but the charges were approved. Since we were unable to use the trailer it was returned to the rental location and a extremely satisfying resolution was done. We will use them in future needs.

Timothy DTruck Share 24/7. The process is too long. If I didn't have my husband and daughter with me, I wouldn't have felt safe. But, honestly during the whole process, I felt we were vulnerable, standing outside. Luckily we were on a busy street and the business across the street was open. This was a 9pm pick up. When I booked, I got a confirmation #, but it's not truly a confirmation. All you have to do at the pick up time is too much. Verify everything pre-pickup. I should be able to just verify my pick up by a photo of myself to compare to the ID you already had on file, 1 quick picture of the vehicle and be on my way. Also, my iPhone, for some reason my location couldn't be found by your system and it was turned on. I had to use my daughter's newer model iPhone. If she wasn't there, I wouldn't have been able to get the van. Customer service wait time was 30 minutes. We had been standing outside in the dark during this whole process. Next time, I will just do business with a real person and rent the vehicle during business hours. The van itself, I was totally pleased and the cost was affordable. Thanks.
Monique HThis place is PACKED. There wasn't a place to park and the gravel parking lot had no actual parking spaces and was littered with nails.
Donald DTell people ahead of time ALL of the steps required to do the return via a phone. We nearly dropped the keys in the box before we realized that we needed to unlock the truck, take multiple photos, etc. And, NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY A DIME IF THEY CHOOSE TO NOT USE THE WEBSITE RETURN OPTION.

Lydia PI tried to return my truck, signing in with my phone #, but it did not work for some reason, kept saying my session had already ended. Had to look up the rental # to process the return…would be nice if the cell # worked so I didn't have to look through my emails..

MICHAEL DActually returned the truck the same day, not the next day. Was told they closed at one time, got there before that time and they were thoroughly closed, lights off, no one in sight, no one answered their phone message that I left either. Then I was charged an additional fee that I should not have been. Spoke to two different people from Customer Service who were supposed to be assisting in getting my $ refunded. As of today 12-26-2021 I still have not received my $ refunded back to me. Need my money refunded back to me ASAP,please and thank you, Ms. Carmen R. Butler

Lavitha KMy rental was for 930. I even checked in early online like i always do. Nobody showed till almost 10 to help me with uhual. She didn't ask me proper questions as far as if I wanted insurance or not then Tried to give me the wrong trailer other then the one I rented. Horrible experience.
Erika BThe reservation system for trailers is terrible. Why have hundreds of locations when most of them are closed on Sundays when people with M-F jobs would need to move things on the weekends. Trailer was in pretty bad condition. Auto transport Trailer should come with wheel chucks so it doesn't roll away when unloading vehicle if it needs to be done with Trailer unhitched.
Matthew HOverall experience was great. Truck was ready and waiting and I loved being able to do check in from my phone.
