I had a reservation for 11:30am but upon arrival found that the door was barred off and nobody was around. I texted a phone number on the business sign stating the situation and was told I would have to wait at location 35 minutes past my res time. Why this happened I cannot imagine. Both Uhaul website and google said the location was open for business and i was allowed to make an appointment yet the place of business was closed upon arrival. The truck i rented had an absolutely filthy exterior covered in bird droppings and what looked like maybe a chocolate milkshake thrown at the side of the vehicle. My trip was smooth, the vehicle performed well.Ethan V.

Lights on trailer were on and off, truck has never had this issue before. Trailer was full of trash. Dealer did not check the trailer in when it was dropped off. I believe that this could be a great location just needs to have more help maybe.Tim R.

The whole experience was not good. I was supposed to get the truck picked up at one location and they asked me to pick it up at another further away which I agreed to and had to Uber to only to get there on time, and wait 30+ minutes for someone to show up since the shop was closed. Called for assistance and they didn't even know why they were closed. And when they did get there they assisted someone who got there after me. Once I did get the truck, I asked several times if I can drop off the truck at the location I was originally supposed to pick it up at, to which I was told I could only to find out at 11pm when I was ready to return it that the return location was incorrect and 6.5 miles further than what I was promised and then having to pay for. Moving Is stressful as it is without having to go through all of that.Inta B.

The location was full and did not have room for me to park he asked me to take it to a different location about 0.5 miles away which was fine with me but at this location there was not employees it was closed on a Monday at 10am and I had a really hard time parking the trailer without assistance because of the narrow spaces ,KEVIN A.
There is only 1 person who was able to rent the oversized vehicle to let me transport my Chinese small scooter. I have no prior renting vechicles-my rate is based on prior renting! I got nothing when renting except a quick lesson and a key and signed nothing. I learned to lash down my flat-tired scooter. A backup camera would help -I got lucky.MICHAEL W.

The only issue I had was I declined the insurance when I made my reservation and then when I went to pick up the trailer they put the insurance on my rental so I ended up having to pay for the insurance that I didn't want to pay for.Corbitt F.
The truck had to be swept out before I could take it. The windshield was filthy. There was 1/4 tank of gas. On the other hand, Phillip was very friendly and professional, found my misplaced reservation, and expedited my rental. The truck performed perfectly.ROBERT M.

The person who received the unit didn't check the truck's condition, but just checked that the gas tank was full - He told me that Uhaul was going to refund cash to my credit card for those miles that were quoted but not used.
