KRISTINE MOORENice piece of equipment. Love having galvanized equipment instead of rusty. Wheel strap ratchets are unnecessarily difficult. Have trouble releasing them every time.
DONALD ENDRESDon't bother with online registering. Their software would not accept my on line driver's license. After multiple attempts we just redid the whole process at the store.
Douglas HoortUpon checking out with my mobile device, the app didn't allow me to take photos inside the cab or box to prove it was clean. In fact it didn't even ask me the question. It went directly to charging an additional $25 for cleanup. Theres nothing wrong with the places but your Uhaul digital service. You stole $25 from me, I won't do business with uhaul ever again. And I will tell anyone that listen about this.

Maletta EssexI flipped the towing bar that goes into the socket on the car, over to raise the height of the ball at my first stop, 30 minutes after I left the rental place. That made a huge difference, making the ride a lot smoother. Super glad I did that. Wish the rental store made that suggestion, with dual axle trailers.

MIKE STEELEI think the hidden are a bunch of bs. I went 5 miles over on the estimate and the bill went from 95 to 107. So you pay .79 a mile and have to put gas in and pay for rental, ins,....charged me for a dolly and I said I didn’t need one. Not my fault they didn’t take it out. I didn’t use it!

ADAM GUYKeep more trailers at this location. I've already booked my next reservation and I'm being told I may have to pick up somewhere else. That's crap! Company needs to dispatch people to transport equipment to requested locations. I don't want to drive 40 minutes or more, one way, to the next closest location. I reserved it at Vern's and that where I want to do business!
Adam GuyWhen picking up the Uhaul truck, we were blindsided by the $70 insurance fee. Paid it of course, but had no idea it was required. Person waiting on us said the fella that signed us up should have told us but never does. That's not good. Lots of unhappy and surprised customers I'd bet. Otherwise a good experience.
Nick PlineMake sure that even if the pickup location is changed because it wasn’t available at the preferred location, the pickup time is also applied so that the 24/7 check in can be accessed. Otherwise this location was great. They contacted me via email to confirm my equipment was ready and I could call with any issues.

Jack WilcoxUpon pick up, I was provided the incorrect keys. I rented a smaller truck, and when I went back in to get the correct keys, the gentleman I worked with was kind and apologized.. I'm wondering if my problems after drop off were because the paperwork was filled out incorrectly.. but overall this location was very nice!!
