I would highly recommend NOT to use this location. We were charged an extra 37 miles, a $10 coverage fee that I had declined when I reserved the cargo van, and a $25 cleaning fee, when the only thing we picked up was a single cardboard box. Thankfully we had pictures to prove our case, and we refunded what we were owed by U-Haul corporate office.
I cleaned the van before returning it and was still charged a $25 cleaning fee. I t was at least as clean if not better than when I got it.
This site is strictly for a pickup and works well for that, the people working there were very friendly and helpful but they do not have any accessories for purchase. Turned out I needed a hitch pin and had to run to another store to purchase one.
The online application booking for a truck was one of the worse I've ever experienced. It's horrible and overkill. Then when i got to desk it got worse. The person was great but your system sucks.
How come U-Haul doesn't provide any jacks to hold up the tongue of the trailer? It took 2 employees and myself to lift up the 6'×12' cargo trailer and place it onto the hitch ball because it wouldn't latch onto the receiving ball properly. That's inexcusable on U-Haul's part!

Uhaul changed pickup location. They could have picked it up for me. The office was to open at 9:00 but wasn't. I called and he came in shortly. He was apologetic & helped me. No balls for hitch were available to purchase. He was kind and directed me where I could purchase one.
The owner was nice enough. But I was added safemove without knowledge. And two rental periods. But everything was sorted out right in the end.
Although this location was able to help us and they did a fine job it was the third option that day. The first location where I originally reserved the van " accidentally gave the last van to another customer". They sent me to a second location on US 19 2 miles from them who text me they had the can and my reservation except when I got there nobody was in the office all the doors locked and lights out. I call back to the original location again who sent me to a third location who actually had a van. Overall I would give Uhaul reservations a C rating as it put me hours behind in my day and nobody seemed to care but you were happy to take my money
