Matt KaliszI declined the $15 coverage when I reserved the truck, and then when I dropped it off I was charged. Issues like this are why I stopped using uhaul years ago. I gave the company another chance for a small project I was doing and it looks like I’ve been let down again.

Rob WilmothGreat customer service. Maybe a little quicker on the departure would be good. This is No fault of the good guy at the dealership. The issue was with the algorithm used by Uhaul. On the bright side this shouldn’t happen to anyone else at this location as the dealer has learned it’s work around.
Kima Kilpatrickit’s a very small parking lot. hard to maneuver a vehicle into when there’s only one spot left.
Crystal ByelickWill NEVER use uhaul again. Not recommended. Hurt my wrist during the move. Uhaul wanted $524 if I dropped off at a different location. So I had to drive it back to original location with a possible broken wrist. It was unsafe and VERY painful. Avoid using uhaul.

Jermere JacksonWhen someone tells you the have a Ford 150 with extended cab, you should tell them the trailer isn't big enough. This way you don't screw up someone's life. I expect a full refund.
