The online process is a complete disaster. To be clear, just because it's online does NOT make it more convenient. The number of steps, screens, photos,etc,etc I had to go through was comical and horrendous. This process could have been handled by a live person at a counter in 20% of the time. U-Hauls motivation to eliminate staff and replace it with a â€˜do-it-yourself' online process is beyond cumbersome, it's completely ridiculous. But hey you save staffing costs. Unfortunately at the expense of the consumer. If this is the direction U-Haul is heading, you will undoubtedly lose customers. consider me your first.Geoff M.
The location and the Van were fine but the TruckShare app/website was an absolute nightmare to deal with. practically anything that could go wrong, did go wrong. from image uploading, not being able to move to next steps and completely missing my order when it was time to return which caused me to get charged extra for it. I will discourage friends from using that system and strongly recommend uhaul to fix it.Shahin M.

I had the worst experience ever renting this U-Haul I just flew in to Vancouver from Toronto on Thursday night and I waited from 2 AM till 5 AM just to get the truck on the phone off the phone on the phone off the phone people just kept either disconnecting me or giving me a very hard time on trying to get my order I had to Uber to two different locations and that cost me over $150 just because somebody at U-Haul made a mistake this has been by far the worst experience And I want compensation for this terrible experience the vehicle was filthy when I got it no windshield washer fluid just overall very bad experience please contact me at 647-622-5676 to discuss what you can do for me because I will be leaving about review if nothing is done about thisAnthony S.
The location is non existent. The info in the U-Haul website and instructions are inaccurate. The key was in the box on the truck but had to call customer service a number of times to figure out the process to get the key as the Anola road location no longer exists, it's just an address for pickup. Quite frustrating and I think a less informed user would have just given up.Dennis C.
it was a mobile pick up but you did not explain that the unmarked cargo van was going to be on a residential street. Very poor communicationHarry T.
