Your online application doesn't work properly. I called to inform you and was blamed and hung up on. I called to change my appointment to 9 am to make sure I could just walk in the office get the keys and go but no one even showed up or answered my calls in said office. They ended up calling me at 930 to come back and get the truck. I asked for a discount for my incoveince they refused and told me to call uhaul. I was just on the phone with U-Haul for 30 minutes only to be hung up on after she argued with me it was my fault I couldn't get the truck. Even tho your office wasn't open when it should have been. (the kid didn't even know he had an order for uhaul today when he called me back). The truck I ordered was suppose to be the bigger one, got two orders on my file, and they sent the smaller one. I informed them on the phone of this twice that it was the larger one I needed and I only needed one before I went to pick it up. Most customer service people are rude, argumentative and just unhelpful. (I had two that were really nice but they didnt fix my two truck issue previous to pick up) Unsatisfied doesn't even cover how I feel. I haven't even looked looked at my bill yet but if it's correct. I'll be surprised considering I was also told I could drop the truck off anywhere when I picked it up and the place I dropped it threatened to charge me $200 ... Your company is so mismanaged and you can see that having all these outlets might make you some money but it's a fucking disaster for your clients. This was my first and last experience with this company. ( I will mention the lady I dropped it off to while a bit loud and pushy when I was already at my breaking point and in tears.. was nice about it in the end). I will not be recommending you to anyone or be using you again. Thank you for the hassle, stress, tears and arguments. Have a blessed day.Ray P.
Truck was fine, dolly included. I had asked for a few blankets only 1 in the truck she told Me to go look in the other truck on site none! The person I dealt with was smoking inside!!Steven G.

Worst experience. Some men first told me to Â«Â come back at 10Â Â» because the owner was not there. They bever said Hi, just could not care less. I had made a reservation for 9 and had a reservation number confirmation on my phone. Finally the owner arrives, she wears no mask and makes me repeat all the infos I had already given to do my reservation maybe 10 times. After 20 minutes hands me the key and says Â«Â the car is thereÂ Â». Oh and by the way I am a francophone and the lady was not capable of serving me in french. Really awfull place to go get a Uhaul. I would not recommand Uhaul continuing with them. I would prefere driving 10 km more than going back to that place.Laurence L.
U haul equipment is kept in the back of a small wrecking yard. I drop the trailer off at 6pm on a Sunday and there were several sketchy looking individuals dismantling vehicles in the yard.Carl Joshua S.

The truck was not at the location we asked. Had to go for a 40 minutes drive , in a garage where people smoke inside the place, truck was not there so they gave us one that belong to another customer, was missing a dolly, had to pick it up at another location which they made a 2nd contract for that......when we tried to call scheduling manager as we we're told , the rudeness of this guy was unbelievable. He actually did not care about our issue and told us that if we were not happy, that he could just cancel our reservation and move another day ...this was the worst experience EVER with a moving company.Javier J.

Location had no idea I was coming. I had to remove snow from the hood/window/roof (I needed to drive to my parents to use a ladder to get on). Gave me the keys without signing anything. No pre inspection done. I needed to dig out the truck from the snow as well. I was over an hour behind schedule.Michael P.
