Walter SIt’s the only Uhaul facility nearby so limited options. We went to rent trailer on Tuesday evening and clerk was playing game on computer and said it’s too close to closing time to rent a trailer. So we left and went back the next morning. This time the same clerk said all the trailers were rented. I went back home and found they had available trailers thru the Uhaul website so rented it online then went back to pick it up. Trailer was great but have to say the customer service at this location was terrible. Thanks for letting me share my experience.

Dylan SFront tire was nearly flat, no assistance offered, no offer of a different truck. Tire had to continue to inflate tire through out rental.

Gilbert DI met with the owners before I needed to drop the trailer off just to be sure. They were very helpful and accomodting. It is a great location and I would recommend that anybody moving to the Northland of Minnesota use this location to drop off! Very convenient. Thanks... Dan
DAN FThere was no one to help at this "remote" location pick up. The day before I picked it up the person I spoke to at the location gave me wrong info which added to my issues. Was very frustrating trying to figure out how to go about it all. Had to call U haul but once I finally got to an actual person they had to reset the program as I had been timed out. U haul person was kind and helpful. Was a real hassle picking up the U haul from a remote location but once I got it, had no issues other than the first day's pickup. Paid tolls going through Chicago using a pay after the fact on line deal and still had to pay more later that U haul said didn't get paid (not u haul's fault).

Mary Tdepends on where they needed the truck. My beef is there were trucks in Grand Marais that didn't appear on your website. That caused a lot of operational issues and extra money
Jeff CUhaul changed my pickup location at the last minute and I had a 60 mile RT drive to get a trailer. Apparently, “reservations” are meaningless.

Vaughnelle PAgain the location was difficult to find. Because of the highway they are off they can’t put out signage. The employees were very helpful and pleasant. They made drop off very simple and we’re very helpful on the phone when I couldn’t find it.

MIKE KFrustrated that I reserved a truck online, showed up on my day and there's no truck. Was told "We NEVER have trucks here - you have to get it somewhere else." THEN WHY DOES THE WEBSITE LET ME RESERVE A TRUCK HERE IF I CAN'T GET A TRUCK HERE??? Two hours later I found a truck & eventually got the job done, but what should have been finished by noon took me all day until 5:00 pm. On the other hand, once I got it the tow dolly worked great.

Leanne WRough and muddy road to get to office. Originally we were to pickup in Hermantown Mn but the reservation didn’t mean squat! No trailer as reserved had to go to Two Harbors the next day 90 miles out of way to get the right trailer. Lost a half a day on our trip to AZ!. I hope I never have to use your services again!

Janna GNeed a UHaul in Grand Marais. It was a real pain to have to drive an hour South for the trailer and then an hour back up North, just to have to go South again. Also - why don't any of these locations have boxes?

greg rThe rental shop is actually located in a bait and tackle store, off the beaten path. I’m thankful I have Google Maps or I never would have found it. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I’ll probably pick up my next trailer elsewhere.
