The place I picked up my rental took very long to attend to us. They were busy with their regular work and didn't even acknowledge us until about 15 minutes of standing there.

This business is a cheat where we rented the truck, There was no debri & trash left he cheated us ... Fuck u & your Dealers for cheating people & taking money for no reasons Will rate u & your system zero

There was trash in the car, that should be cleaned beforehand. Otherwise the truck worked fine and the people processed my paperwork quickly. Would rent from here again.

Location was difficult to find. Only had one truck available. It was an auto shop first, uhaul rental second and I had to wait a while to be helped. Internet was down and they had to put in my information over the phone with another uhaul it seemed. I had no written estimation of price outside of the advertised $19.95 which somehow turned into over $60!

Truck was not available on time. I drove around looking for another Uhaul since I had movers and a move-in appointment etc. already. I ended up getting one here a little later, but was compensated nothing, even their $50 guarantee for my trouble. I actually talked to two Uhaul reps who said that I would be credited the amount within 1 week, but when I called back a week later, they said no notes were made on the account regarding this. Yes the location was nice, and the equipment was just fine, but Uhaul had a very poor service.

the main problem this time was i was not able to pick up the truck i ordered on line at a certain location. i had no option be to drive to another location.

The gas tank was not at the line it said it was. When I pointed this out to the clerk, he did adjust it for me.
