It is my opinion that Liberty Express is a terrible representative of Uhaul. The vehicle was so thilthy dirty. The owner got me to sign the documents before going out to inspect vehicle, while also confirming vehicle had been cleaned. Upon vehicle inspection I discovered the complete opposite. Not only had the vehicle not been cleaned, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. At that point I had no choice but to accept the vehicle because my Movers were already waiting My Movers were already waiting to assist me - so I did a quick spot cleaning cleaning when I got back to my home. However, just as I was about to return the vehicle, I noticed some very disgusting areas. One area had a cigarette on the floor, and another was a tray that had 3 used q-tips in it... DISGUSTING! I took photos for future reference. Considering we are in a pandemic where people are dying everyday from coming in contact with the contaminated surfaces, I am deeply disturbed that this person thought it was ok to rent that vehicle in such poor conditions. I've rented from Uhaul several times and the vehicles have always been spotless. It is my opinion that Liberty Express severely taints the image of Uhaul.SHARITA P.

I was overcharge for gas when I was told to bring bag truck at gas level were I got it which i did. I currently see another transaction pending on my account different from my total which is unauthorized. I will be calling Uhaul. Non-acceptableJERMAINE L.

First, the location is not inviting because you can't find the key drop box and I need to come back this morning before the store open so that I can turn in the key and not be charged with penalty. The store opened late at 9:10 am. Second, the attendant said she will email me the receipt as soon as she's done checking the truck and I followed up after 4 hours she said she will email it to now and two hours passed, still no email. I will try to call later again before the store closes at 5pm and hopefully I can get a copy of my receipt through my email by then.Daniel M.
When I picked the truck up it was covered in snow and ice. I had to completely clean the truck off. Someone knew it was being rented. The snow and ice was earlier the prior day and location was opened the day I picked up. Poor customer careFrederick R.
