I had reserved a U-Haul for 4:30 pick up , I got there at 4:10 and it wasn’t there so I waited to 4:40 then Called U-Haul and they said that I had picked it up at 1:00pm which I hadn’t then accused me of getting someone else to pick it up , when they finally realized that they had made a mistake i had spoken to 3 different people and now I was over an hour late for a planned pick of a couch I was getting , then when I tried to reserve another u haul they wouldn’t except my phone number because it was linked to the U-Haul that I had reserved and they had given away , so I had to book another U-Haul with someone else’s phone number at another U-Haul station , all and all I was an hour and a half late to pick up a couch that I had reserved to pick up , they were very rude bout the whole thing I wouldn’t recommend U-Haul again
DAMON MThe gentleman working at this locations is wonderful. He is courteous , helpful and made the whole experience very easy. The only thing that was annoying has nothing to do with this location or the employee working there but I received a phone call from a central customer service person on Jan 1 asking if I returned the vehicle at the agreed upon time. I confirmed yes, and asked why I was receiving this call, she said it was because the location was closed (obvciously...it was Jan 1) and that she couldn;t confirm if the return happened until Jan 2nd. I asked, well then why wouldn;t you wait until Jan 2nd to confirm, why call me? If Uhaul chooses to have locations closed, then it is up to Uhaul to wait to gain confirmation of return when the location reopens, calling a customer is not necessary...so I hung up on her cuz she kept reiterating it was to confirm the return. I said I could be lying to you then what would you do? She had no response to this...waste of time.

Michelle Gplease hire some software & infrastructure engineers to improve your app. it has bugs, bad UI and is un responsive.

LRRY PThe furniture dolly wasn't in the van. I had to use the utility dolly which was a pain. Uhaul will try to charge for two dollys since the seal was broken. The app sucks. It couldn't find my location and wouldn't let me proceed. The chat was useless and there was a 30 min when I called. Because of this I was an hour late.

Linda BThis was the third and final location for my booking. Originally I booked in Beamsville, ON and received notification that location did not have a vehicle that could be used one-way. The new location was in the west side of Grimsby, ON (almost triple in time farther away). As I was leaving my house to do my pickup, I received a call telling me the vehicle I had booked was not at the location and I should proceed to a third location (it was approximately the same time in distance). Non of this was catastrophic, but it did require last minute juggling of those who were helping with the move. I appreciate the communication and am grateful your Traffic Dept. was on top of the details.

Roger AMy entire truck was caked and covered in manure. Pictures were taken for proof. If I didn't have an excessive amount of blankets for protection, my entire house contents would be covered in manure. This is unacceptable, dirt and debris is fine but that truck needed to be power washed prior to further use.
Greg OI had no issue with this UHAUL dealer per se, BUT the UHAUL App on the other hand....completely inadequate! Had a problem with Pick Up and Drop Off!

john bOnly one main problem with these trucks you need to own an oil well . Less than 100 kills and 25 $ for gas . Dose not make sense in todays environment

mark aCustomer service was awesome, however, didn't have any moving blankets that I ordered. The uhaul app also didn't work at all. Still would recommend but I've used U-Haul many many times before and this was the first time it wasn't up to the usual standard.

Mark ACharged $107.72 to my visa (manually input) even though the truck was returned at the exact amount required. Then would not assist and said I need to contact Uhaul directly. And if you've ever tried that, you know it's a nightmare.
Erich THave the location open till 4pm on a Saturday at least. This would help those doing a run to the dump which is only open till 4pm as well.

Matthew ADesk person was not available, doors locked, was at the bank, although I had a booking for 12 noon. Had to wait 10-15 min which normally not an issue but I had a tight time line. Prior to leaving desk person should check who is coming in to register in person.
