The owner was very helpful an I would like to give him an excellent rating. Unfortunately the location is on a busy street and it can be difficult getting a truck with a trailer to merge into the traffic.

Christopher AWe reserved for a Thursday pickup in sun Valley nv. We called to pick up on Thursday. Sun Valley said come Friday. We called Friday. And were told the reservation was canceled. Called Virginia Street by Moana lane. Got verbally abused. Went to your kietzke office. Was pleasantly welcomed and assisted. I highly thank your employee on kietzke for his help when other offices were less than pleasant.

Angela GOffice was closed when they should have been open. UHaul is on a used car lot and was very difficult to get in and out. Area for Uhauls was a dirt lot in back with large pot holes and no room to manuver easily... they had Motor Sport cars parked all over and the staff uses the lot to do spin outs with off roads vehicles (while Uhaul customers are trying to navigate the lot) I returned the trailer early (during business hours). There was no one to assist, the website on a sign in the lot directed me to a Uhaul site for requesting emergency or breakdown service... not self serve return. I was unable to check in the trailer and had to leave it uncertain if it would be properly checked in. Location service could not find the location on your website so I had to leave the return to chance. When someone from the return location called me back (I had to leave messages on their voicemail), I was told just leave it and they would get to it the next day. I said it didn't seem secure and how can I document that I returned the trailer. They told me just leave it in the dirt lot and take a picture if you want. Unprofessional and unwilling to assist me. I will not use this location again. I was forced to use this location because Uhaul would not allow me to return the trailer to the place I had rented it... apparently that equipment is only for 1 way rental. Overall experience was very poor. Only bright part of the experience was the staff at the pick up site.

Adrienne MShowed up a little early to pick up a trailer to move a vehicle. There were a couple issues, all on my end and No fault of Uhaul. Jose (the owner of this franchise)was very eager to help in any way possible. I needed a different tow vehicle as well as a bigger trailer than I had arranged for from Uhaul. As I went to pick up our shop vehicle, Jose took care of the paperwork for the new trailer. Fast, easy to work with and just a good guy! Was a great experience and I recommend Jose and his Uhaul rental establishment. He has a great assortment of trucks, trailers and supplies to make your next move as easy as possible..whether across town..or across the U.S.
