Don M.If we had known how great this location was in the past we would have come here everytime. Jose was amazing at his job, down to earth guy and washed the truck for us super quick after it had just been returned by the previous guy.
Jasmine C.I was misinformed on several issues: 1. Was told that my credit card information was taken only for security and that the actual payment would take place upon returning the truck. This was not true; my credit card was charged immediately and I did not have the opportunity to change to another card as was promised. Since the card was to be charged at the destination, where sales tax does not exist I would have avoided paying over $400 in taxes. Because of the misleading information I had to pay this $400. I was told that the millage was about 9 to 10 MPG. It was actually 6.5 MPG!, quite a difference on a 3000 mile trip! The positive was that I was given a new truck with only 1,500 miles on it. For this I am thankful. However, I was told that it was thoroughly checked out, which again was not true, as the fuse, which controlled the GPS plug in was burnt out and I had to stop along the way and find a store which sold this particular fuse.

SAM R.This location was not the contracted guaranteed location for pickup. After uhaul failed to provide the requested trailer at the south virginia location, I was directed to Vaughn motorsports for the requested 4 by 8 trailer. It ended up being a 5 by 8. Since I was out of time to get a trailer, I took the larger trailer. Vaughn was very helpful.
