The truck wasn't too dirty but it could have used a wash and the interior of the windshield needed cleaning. Otherwise the truck was in good shape.
RONALD JPickup went perfectly, vehicle was clean, no problems on the trip and return went very smoothly. We have used U Haul in the past and never had any problems. Would highly recommend this company.
Marie HWe were told on the phone that we dis not have to pay for an extra day as we booked for Saturday and had to pick up Friday. The pick up location was not informed about this arrangement however

Brandon MNobody at drop off so we took pics and did the key drop. Also, upon return, we received a bogus invoice charging us for damage or lost goods and extra fuel charges. It took a call to customer service to get this removed. Thankfully we provided pics of before and after for mileage and fuel levels, but otherwise, we would have been out of pocket for something not warranted. That is poor service and totally unnecessary.
Joanne mWhen booking the vehicle no mention of the app. called the day before to make sure everything would go smoo;thly for son [icking up the next day. Was informed I had to do it through an app because they would not be open on Sat. Two hours on phone to get setup and send a shared link to son. When son arrived they were open until 1 ( our pickup time was noon) but they said they couldnt help him because he booked through the app! Key was in lock box. Went through app was an error called and aon phone escalated to a supervisor who finally solved and got the lock box code for the key.

jason mI dropped my rental off after hours but there was an employee helping someone else outside and he was able to take the key and do up whatever he needed to do. There were no issues, he was courteous and helpful.
kim dThe Uhaul app can use some work. My complaints about the app was how slow it was, waiting for a live agent to approve the next steps and when I returned the uhaul, trying to close the ticket at the end was painful. The app was not accepting any of the photos I was trying to take and I gave up after the 3rd try. I couldn't bypass this step either. You should give people a heads up that they need 20 minutes to go through the app in the beginning AND end.
maggie mEverything worked. Fair pricing good service. Definitely would recommend. Any damage had inspection stickers indicating old damage. Friendly staff.

Kevin DPoor service while returning the truck I refilled the petrol in it the fuel meter did not moved so I put extra fuel and all of a sudden it moved and went to the top, it was not my fault, but I paid for the extra fuel which went in the truck. When called u haul they told me that they won't reimburse it, which is very disappointing.
KAMLESH JAt first there was no trailer close, but at the last minute, I got one in my own town. That was a bit stressful but at the end all was fine thanks

Camille Tvery friendly staff, very helpful, BUT, better signage for the U-haul store is needed. It is a way from the road and very small...I went past it three times before I saw it...just a thought... Otherwise, great job, I have used U-haul for quite a few years now, from utility trailers to large vans...happy to stay loyal
Kevin MRolling dollies should be secured inside each truck with built in racks/clips! I almost had a heart attack when I stopped with the truck at the first stoplight! Also, I dislike the credit card charging process....if usage is under estimated cost, the transactions are separate and higher one is charged first. Should only be a 'hold' placed on card until return.

Robert SWe were traveling from Pennsylvania to move some personal items from a house we recently sold in Nova Scotia. We reserved a small trailer in Nova Scotia over a week ahead of time which was to be picked up on way to house. The morning the trailer was to be picked up, the rental facility called to let us know he had no trailer and I should call Uhaul dispatch for another trailer. Dispatch was able to find another trailer at another location, which delayed our trip, "the last one in Nova Scotia". There were no trailers, larger or smaller within 200 miles. Not a good experience.
JOSEPH FI had trouble viewing the passenger side for vehicles as the side mirrors were not adjustable. this made it difficult to see vehicles merging or coming up behind me on the right.

kenji oThe UHAUL poster/sign is not that visible. Small entrance, and office. I almost parked the truck in a wrong place.
Ranthom NUhaul did not provide the equipment that I had requested at the time I had requested. I had booked and confirmed my reservation weeks in advance. On moving day I was directed to 3 other locations before finding a trailer 5 hours later and hours drive away from my home location. Uhaul needs to increase their supply of equipment.
Mitchell AI booked through the Moncton Location with Dave Thibodeau and he was amazing to deal with. Had everything set up for me so I did not have to worry. We normally deal with Budget however after getting the truck and help I needed so quickly I will be looking into having all our agents switch to Uhaul.

Dennis MIt took me a while to figure out the ignition because there was a childproof device on it. Some instructions on that would have been helpful. Otherwise it all went smoothly!
