Ramp was not included. Customer service representative unprofessional in attire and mannerism. TRUCK HAD GRAFFITI, again) RAMP WAS NOT INCLUDED, BATTERY FAULTY AND CAUSED TRUCK TO STALL AND DELAY IN TRAVEL/REQUIRING JUMPSTART FROM PERSONAL VEHICLE.
Jikko DMobile app needs improvement. Too slow and tends to crash a lot when trying to do mobile check in.

First, no one at this California facility more face masks or other COVID protection, so I refused to enter. 2.The Owner's son (who was on duty) greeted me outside like I was a bum on the street - no courtesy whatsover> "Whaddaya need?" 3. Was extremely rude, right from the outset. He also rudely indicated he had not received all info from my online registration. Not true. As one who owns a dozen online companies, and designs sites, I am quite familiar with process and executed all required requests for info, including uploading copies of drivers license. 4. I was never provided any info regarding refueling requirements, or other normal info provided renters. 5. No documents of any kind were presented. 6. To the point, I would never use this facility again. In speaking with other company-owned stores, this facility has a very negative reputation. 7. If I were a respected company like UHaul there is no way in hell I'd want my company name displayed within the same Zip Code as this dealer. Thanks.
