Trailer I rented had a mechanical problem. Turn signals were reversed. The left turn signal on the car activated the right turn signal on the trailer and Visa-versa. I reported this to the dealer upon return.

Karl FWe spent almost an hour trying to get the app to work “remotely” at the first location we selected for pickup. It was a disaster. We had to input the information again and again and even when it was all entered it was stuck on “ processing “ indefinitely. A phone call to UHaul customer service was no help with them telling us they could only reset the system and send us to another call center who had a 40 minute wait.

Anthony MI was over charged for fuel at the end. I brought the truck back with what it went out with and I was charge $24.00 for fuel anyway. I also wanted a van and you could not supply it so I ended up taking a box truck and spending more.

MARY FI had a reservation for a van but the night before was switched to a 10' truck. This has happened before. UHaul needs more vans! Cup holders not clean. However, I very much appreciate the folks who run V&S.

The agent was Ok, she did her job and explained most everything. I was unable to park the truck on the return bc there was already another truck in that spot. Otherwise, it was overall Ok.

Scott GI was told to back up to the enclosed trailer i was renting and i was hooked up and told to go on my way. I was never given the chance to look at the trailer and when i got home i found a greasy oil floor with tire marks in there, i had no choice but to use it, The items we were transporting were not something that could be sitting on a filthy floor so i had to use a tarp. Needless to say i was not happy with this rental.

TIMOTHY BFix the driving lights on this and other trailers I've rented from uhaul. Every trailer I've rented from you, the driving lights do not work. The brake and turn signal lights work but not the driving lights. I've had many trucks and cars flash their lights at me because I was driving at night and the lights weren't on.
