Danielle ColudrovichPer mile price was too high. Twice the amount other locations had. I was charged a fee which I think was insurance. I was not told about this. With everything being digital and streamlined to pick up the truck, no one would take the time to read all of the agreement. However, I know that my insurance would have covered any damage. Had they told me about the extra fee also, I would have gone somewhere else that took my insurance as coverage. It was just too expensive. There are less expensive options out there. Just do your research ahead of time, unlike me.

Plus no one around when I brought the truck back Sunday afternoon. Everything all locked up during open hours? We waited for 40 minutes to talk to someone and we just gave up and left.

Claire ZimmermanI went in to extend my rental and was rudely threatened with a cleaning fee when a worker saw my dog. I returned the vehicle on 9/26 and ensured I had swept and vacuumed. Pictures were uploaded. I returned today 9/28 to grab a garage opener I had forgot. The same worker walked out the vehicle with me and then rudely stated he would be charging a cleaning fee because it wasnt vacuumed to his standard and I missed picking up a mask off the ground. The vehicle sat unchecked in for multiple days and the representative was extremely unprofessional.
SEAN WARNER III rented a 10’ truck for 2 in a half hours. I used it to take Get rid of cardboard, broken chairs, drove it 15 miles. I was charged $85 dollars including billed for furniture pads and a dolly. None of them were in the truck and I never used them. Total rip off. Won’t be going back to this location. I didn’t notice the additional charges until after I left.

Stacy DalyI reserved a uhaul by calling the number set it up for another driver to pick it up while making the reservation and I had to drive all the way to the back to the location. It took over 45 min to get the uhaul.
MATTHEW DOUGLAS BROWNThis was an alternate location I was asked to return the truck instead of the one I selected and u-haul also added 10 extra miles to my supposed total. As such, I didn't use the miles, but happy to help as I understand the high demand. The location is clean and welcoming. The process didn't take much time and the owner also helped me get the additional fuel price off my final receipt. This is because the original fuel meter level stated during start of rental was wrong and I had it signed on the contract from renting location in Dublin as well as take a picture of the dashboard showing the same, which I eventually mailed the owner at Vancouver location where I returned the equipment. In addition to this, I had filled up the fuel well above the new correction mark to avoid issues. Now, the location owner gave me a broom asking me to get any dirt off the back of the truck or else I would be charged. Naturally, whether I was charged or not, I did it anyways. However, this was probably the first time in a decade of u-haul truck rentals from various locations across US, when I was asked to do this and was a bit surprising at first. But again it is what it is. The reason I mentioned not recommending this location is because its a storage and not a full fledged truck rental location as was clarified to me by the owner during both the above mentioned points. In essence, I feel that the availability of truck in terms of your preferred time and size along with required extra equipment like dolly may not always be a possibility here. If you are flexible on it, then I can surely recommend this location. Regardless, my experience was alright at this location.

Rick Carbaryparking poor, office entrance not easily identifiable, office guy friendly but not able to work well with computer record of reservation and big hassle with requirement of scanning my driver's license into my phone to send a copy as a reply to U-Haul message. I don't have a "smart phone", shouldn't be necessary to use one when I am standing in office showing my license in person. There was a scanner/copier right there in the office that could have been used to get a copy of my driver's license if necessary.

Adam LoewenNot a knock against this specific location as they were extremely helpful for correcting a reservation issue, but I reserved a 17' truck for May 26 to pick up at Battle Ground Mini Storage however when I arrived at my 10:00AM pickup there was no truck. The manager at Battle Ground Mini Storage had cancelled my reservation because they didn't have a 17' truck available and I never received a call or email that my reservation had been cancelled. My feedback would be to straighten out the reservation system between uhaup.com and the locations that uhaul contacts with. There seems to be a breakdown in communication between those systems.

Jana ThornThis drop off location closes at 6pm make it obvious on the return paper that the location closes to 6pm, also when I did return the next morning to hand in the keys, the representative said that there is a after hour key drop box for the uhaul truck keys. let the knowledge of the key drop box for after hours also available on the form. actually it could be on the form but uhaul changed the location drop location after the form was already printed, so the information I got was from 1800-go-uhaul customer service, that there is no after hours key drop box, so it would be nice for the next customer if customer service would provide information about this key drop box also, could go with a physical sign at the location of where the uhaul key drop box is. key drop box, key drop box.
Thomas VonnThe facility and the couple who run it were great. It was not their fault they gave me a horrible truck. They only had what they were given by uhaul. I had to have 2 tires replaced before I even left my house because the truck was shaking due to egg shaped tires. After the replacement the Uhaul Mobile tech checked all of tires and said they were all good.

JACKIE ARROZALThe manager in all fairness to him, did not deal a lot with U-Haul rentals. He had to have two separate people walk him through the transaction. The server went down and we walked away frustrated. We understood his lack of experience, but he needs to have someone with him to train him.
